I was extremely nervous about making an online purchase for a bed. Main reason, no way to test it out before hand. But I went on a spontaneous decision and did it! I am so glad that I did too. I no longer wake up with an achy back and hips. I wake up rested. I have psoriatic arthritis which makes getting comfortable at night almost impossible at times. But I find myself drifting off faster than I have in a very long time with my Ghost bed. Husband said that the set up was pretty quick and simple. I used to be a tummy sleeper, now I sleep on my back or side in my Ghost bed. At times I also enjoy sleeping a bit elevated at the head of my bed or on the zero gravity setting! The zero gravity setting is one I love to use if I've had a long physically strenuous day. I am also very pleased with the ghost bed sheets they STAY on the mattresses (split king). My only complaint is the ghost pillows had a strong chemical odor for several weeks. But they're comfortable and the odor has diminished! Very happy with my purchase!

I got my new Ghostbed about a month ago, and have been sleeping better ever since. Even my sleepwalking has gone down since switching mattresses! The Luxe is perfect for combo sleepers. The adjustable base has worked perfectly. Highly recommend for anyone who wants great sleep and not spend a fortune!

The mattress is super comfortable and was very easy to set up with the adjustable base. Only took about 10 minutes from box to done. Love the massage and the adjustable base positions for sleeping, reading,and TV watching. Great value and highly recommend!

Love the LEDs at the bottom but they are not RGB (can't change the color) and the strong annoyance of it turning off after a couple of minutes. I want to determine when it should turn off. I want mine on until I decide to turn it off. If the unit was RGB, I'd probably keep it on if I could choose a red or blue color. This is the reason for the 4 star. It would be a 5 star otherwise. If this is fixed in the future, then an upgrade kit should be available for us with the old type.

There is nothing wrong with the legs. But they are too short for what we needed. An 8 inch leg would have been the best. We had to make a wooden block to make the 8 inch we needed. You didn't have the choice of an 8 inch. Thanks for asking our opinion.

The mattress is awful. The offgassing made me keep the windows open for more than a week after it arrived. It is also super hard, maybe ok for a back sleeper but this side sleeper is already tired of waking up with these new joint pains in my hip and shoulder every morning for the past 2 months. Even my old worn out mattress with the body shaped divot gave me a better night's sleep. I really cannot wait to be able to return the mattress. The non-returnable adjustable platform is just ok. The vibration feature is weird. Maybe I would enjoy the adjustability more with a quality mattress on top, but no amount of adjustment seems to make this particular mattress comfortable. Also, just pass on the queen adjustable platform unless you spring for the extra setup service. The video says "if you get the queen you might want a friend to help", which is really code for, "no way can you do this yourself". I had to bribe a couple strong guys who happened to be working in the neighborhood the day it was delivered just to get it into the house, and no way can anything less than 2 strong people set it up easily, as you have to assemble it upside down and flip it over. Mine is about 2 inches low on one side by the head, it took me a while to figure out why I kept feeling like I was going to roll out. Some kind of defect with that leg, probably, but after going through all that just to get it into the house and set up, I will just deal. I found something about 2 inches high to prop under that leg, which helps, although the lift goes up kind of funky on that side. I cannot say I recommend this combo in any way, look elsewhere side sleepers especially.

My wife and I are so pleased with the electric base. We have a twin sized Ghost Bed, so we were sent two twin XL's for the base. They arrived in two large, heavy (120+ lbs.) boxes. We got them upstairs and began to set them up. We had an issue with the sliding deadbolt in one of the frames and had to make a small modification. On the other base, one of the USB outlet covers had broken in transit and the head massage unit was rattling badly. I had to do quite a bit of work to that base, and it still isn't 100%, but who is going to try to return one of these things? After setting them up next to each other, I had to synchronize the bases and remotes (so they move together). This process is a little termpermental, but we got it figured it out. 95% of the time, the bases do exactly what we're needing. However, there have been a few times where one base doesn't seem to get the remote signal. As a result, only one of the bases move and the bed is cockeyed until we get the other one to get with the program. I'd say that's a hazard of the wireless remote, though. On the whole, we're really happy with the experience and would repeat it. I'm hoping it would be a little less troublesome next time, but the end product was worth the hassle!

Easily assembled , bed is amazing with back and neck pain!!!! It’s helps me sleep they the whole night and was having trouble doing that for a long time . I would get this bed if you are having problems sleeping abs problems with back and neck pain . Also delivery was really quick.. I have told friends and family about ghost bed and they are thinking about switching and giving them a try

Our new Ghost bed is the most wonderful thing to happen to us since our children where born. After suffering with back and neck issues for years and trying different mattresses we have finally found "the one"! We have not had a comfortable sleep all night long in years! I’ve had my queen flex with adjustable base for going on 2 months. I can honestly say it’s been everything I had hoped it would be. I stay in hotels during the week for work, so I have had the opportunity to sleep in a wide array of different brands. I’ve yet to find anything as comfortable as my GhostBed!
