The size and quality are nice, however the pillow was not firm or comfortable for me as a side sleeper. Decided to return.

The pillow is soft and comfy, but does not provide the support I needed for my neck. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

The pad was easy to unfold and install, I think I am sleeping better and my back is feeling better when I wake up.

It was for my wife, and she uses it every night, so she must like it! If she didn't it would not be on the bed!!
