The pillow took a little longer than normal to arrive as it was ordered during a sale. But I’ve found it to be very cool and comfortable and will probably order a second as I still need a little lift being a side sleeper. For a soft and supportive pillow it does keep its shape very well.

Never got what I order been over 2 months and don't even have my money back. Business is ran horribly. This company won't be around very long. 400 plus complaints with the BBB. Will never order anything from this crappy place that can't even get an order right.

When you think it can't get any better, it does: BINGO, buy the topper, especially if you have pressure point issues with pain. We have significant pressure point issues with shoulders, back, joints, and hips; this is definitely the sweet spot - you'll feel like you are cradled in comfort without the uneasy feeling of sinking in foam. This topper has definite sides/edges to it, a very good thing, compared to many in that the sides have no definite edge. After my experience with my topper, my hubby had to have it and he has a lot of knee issues. Comforting luxury is the best definition and it retains the cooling feature of the GhostBed Luxe.

The mattress that I have had for a year and one half caused my shoulders and hips to hurt. The Ghost mattress eliminated this problem! I do feel more rested. All the groves make for a cool nonsweating night. If I could think of any way that it could be improved, a plush pillow topping might be it.

Mattress pad still has a smell to it even after a month. Also it does not breathe as advertised. Additionally it took two months after placing the order to receive the mattress pad and our credit card was charged when it was ordered not when it shipped. Disappointed in the purchase.

This pillow is the perfect combination of coolness and plushness. I'm allergic to down and this is an excellent substitute! I'm 5'1" and a side sleeper with narrow shoulders. I don't wake up with neck tightness like I did with my last pillow. The only thing I would change is the giant logo that is embroidered on the pillow cover because you can feel it when you lay on it. That's an easy fix by just changing the cover. I highly recommend this pillow!

I had difficulty finding a pillow with the right balance of softness and support. The Ghost pillow turned out to be the perfect level of fluffiness, providing comfort without causing any discomfort to my neck or ear during sleep. It's now my preferred pillow.

I absolutely love it. I personally didn’t think anything was wrong with our mattress but my husband was always complaining about numbness in his hands and arms so I wanted to try this before purchasing a new mattress all together. Man what a difference. I felt it instantly the first night. His numbness has gotten alot better and the comfort is just 100% better!

I haven’t been totally comfortable at night with my pillow for years. Then we got the GhostBed classic mattress with 2 shredded pillows. That made a big difference. I have slept most of the night and felt very refreshed in the morning. After a few months the pillow didn’t feel as good as when we got it. Both of our shredded pillows are still the same even after 3 washings. Our cats love those pillows. We bought the faux down pillow on the recommendation of my daughter. She bought the luxe mattress with 1 memory foam and 1 faux down pillows. She loves the faux down and her husband does as well. He got the memory foam and after a while he tried the faux down and now they’re going to buy a faux down for him. I tried my daughters pillow and it was much better than the shredded pillows we originally got with our mattress. Since I’ve got the faux down pillow I’ve been sleeping better than ever before. My co worker inquired about it and she bought one. She had a brain tumor removed 20 years ago and didn’t sleep well with any pillow. Now that she has the faux down pillow she can sleep all night. She is so much more refreshed in the morning now. If you have any trouble with sleeping or your neck gives you trouble every so often I’d recommend the faux down pillow. It’s worked with 4 people I know and I’m talking to my brother-in-law about getting one. He’s had 2 neck surgeries and is uncomfortable most nights. You can go wrong with this Ollie. If you love down pillows but are allergic to the down then this pillow is what you want. And you can’t go wrong. If it’s not giving you a comfortable night’s sleep you have the 101 night trial.
