I have enjoyed the pillow so far having had it for only about a month. It has become significantly flatter in that short time, but it can be shaped to your preferences. I like to sleep on my back and have my head supported as it rests to one side and this pillow does work for that. I would have liked it to have more stuffing, though.

Wanted something a bit more plush, my partner likes it because he is a shoulder sleeper. However, I am a belly sleeper and it is too firm for me. I will say though if I sleep on my back, I usually get back pains from some bed brands/toppers. So far, I haven't felt it with this topper. Fingers crossed.

I have been sleeping on a firm mattress for so long, I had forgotten what a big difference just a little extra padding could make...this pad makes a lot of difference on my old mattress, but it took some getting used to. It's getting better and better every day.

Not going to lie I was SUPER skeptical when I pulled it out and saw how flimsy and not firm it was because that’s normally what I use. Backstory- I bought a new bed and after I got that bed my neck and back started KILLING me like I had to have my fiancé step on my back every single day to stop the pain, but the bed was so comfortable that I thought maybe it was just time for a new pillow, so I ordered one of these. Like I said at first I was skeptical and didn’t think I was going to be able to sleep. The first couple nights weren’t bad but it felt different, but to my surprise I have been getting amazing sleep and my neck and back haven’t hurt! I’m so happy I got this pillow.

I have never had a pillow like this. It is not real down so it doesn't bother my allergies, but is still so soft and comfy. I love it!! One of my favorite things about this pillow is that it adjusts to my comfort and yet still does not flatten. I can lay on it, smoosh it, etc., and it still goes back to its original fluffiness every time. Best pillow I have ever had!

I researched as many brands of toppers I could and decided on the GhostBed topper for my wife and I. Really loved the different sections of the topper and what they did. Ordering was easy, and we received in a few days. I opened and let it expand, while I was doing other things. When I went back to look at it, it looked nothing like what was described, not even close. I called in and was told to send pictures including the tag from the topper cover and it would go to their warranty department. Almost a week went by with no response so I called and was told the warranty department denied my "claim" and said the topper could be slightly different based on where is was made. So I would not be receiving a refund. I didn't want a refund, just the topper to be correct. I totally get "slightly" but what I got was nowhere close. It's like ordering a pair of khaki pants, knowing you might get a version of khaki but getting a pair of black pants instead! I am extremely disappointed in this product and how it is shown and what I received. I'm not one to make a fuss out of things but this really has irritated me. I know the company doesn't care, and that's fine, but it's very poor business. They could have made me one of those people who praised their product but instead, do not buy it. See the pictures I have attached and make your own conclusions. Clearly not even in the same ball park from what i got and what they represent.

This pillow might as well be a miracle One morning before moving by driving across the country i stopped at my friends house to rest before hitting the road. I laid down on their couch and put this pillow behind my head and BAM!!!! I was literally blown away. What was this incredible pillow??? It is BY FAR the most comfortable things i've ever put my head on. All my friends were at work so i was texting and calling all of them trying to figure out who's it was. No one knew. No one claimed it. I looked at the tag and was very surprised. Immediately it made me want to sell my purple bed and buy a ghostbed... but i still haven't done that. But what i have done is bought two of my own ghost pillows and put silk pillow cases on them and i'm so happy with them. If you've never spent money on a GOOD pillow. Or ever really tried one. BUY THIS!!!! I hope it blows your mnid like it did mine. PERFECT SUPPORT. Not to sound weird or anything but it's so comfortable and supportive it's nearly pleasurable. This pillow provides pleasure. Somehow. Deep, cerebral, rejuvenating pleasure. Thank you ghost pillow. I love you forever.

This pillow is the perfect combination of coolness and plushness. I'm allergic to down and this is an excellent substitute! I'm 5'1" and a side sleeper with narrow shoulders. I don't wake up with neck tightness like I did with my last pillow. The only thing I would change is the giant logo that is embroidered on the pillow cover because you can feel it when you lay on it. That's an easy fix by just changing the cover. I highly recommend this pillow!

I was skeptical, and although it took a long time for delivery, once the mattress topper finally arrived it was not only worth the wait, but worth every single penny! We love our bed, but the pillow top slowly became uncomfortable, so we purchased the ghost bed topper and it was as if we bought a completely new mattress. I'll be purchasing another topper for my mom for Christmas!

My parents got this for me and my partner. I wasn't convinced it would do much but after two weeks, I notice a definite improvement in my quality of sleep. I used to be a very light sleeper. Coupled with my partner's snoring, i wasn't getting much sleep and wouldn't wake up refreshed. The ghost bed feels like i'm sleeping in a cocoon and I've been sleeping dead straight through the night. His snoring doesn't bother me anymore either which is truly a miracle. The only con is that there is a plastic-y smell on the topper when you first open, and it's taking its sweet time to go away. Two weeks later, and I still get a whiff of it from time to time. It is slowly going away, but takes some time. I was also impressed with the cover that comes with it. Just a few days after getting this, our dog peed on the bed. The cover stopped it from seeping through to the topper though. The topper was completely dry! Full transparency, I am receiving a coupon for this review. But I am genuinely very satisfied with this ghost bed mattress topper
