I bought my ninja slushi about two weeks ago and have tried making many treats, I am ecstatic. I have fallen in love. Can't say enough about it. Love all features. If don't have one, don't delay they always out of stock. Try to get one before Christmas .

I bought this item 6 months ago. There is a serious design flaw in the machine that allows mold to grow in a section along the edge of the tank that is completely inaccessible for cleaning. This poses both hygiene concerns and operational challenges. Despite multiple attempts to address this issue directly with the Ninja, they have refused to provide support, including declining to offer a replacement unit or even sell us a replacement part. We find this lack of accountability unacceptable, especially given the potential health risks and the importance of proper sanitation in food and beverage equipment. Buy at your own risk. Do a search and you will find this is a wide spread problem with all the units they sell and they refuse to do anything about it.

My family and myself are extremely happy with our new ninja kitchen slushy machine, myself and my wife love it just as much as our daughter and her friends, who are young teenagers, it makes everything more than we thought possible. We couldn’t be happier, it arrived quickly right to our front door step.

I finally got one after trying for about 6 months and I certainly see why they’re so popular. I’ve used it pretty much every day since it arrived and it’s awesome. It’s a quality machine that makes every type of frozen drink you can imagine in just a few minutes. We couldn’t be happier with it.

Ordered this as my birthday gift. I just received this and we love it so far. We have made margaritas , soda slushi, and we tried their milkshake recipe. All 3 were great. The machine is quiet and easy to clean. The size of this machine is perfect. We plan to use it more at home but also at tailgating at my son's college football games.

I've only used this a handful of times but so for I love it. Not being able to make sugar free drinks is probably the only thing I dont like about it. I know there are sugar free syrups with glycerine that works from the research ive done but yet to try. The frappe turned fluffy like clouds in your mouth. Can't wait to try out more recipes

This machine is now my favorite household appliance! Makes perfect slushies of all kinds and it is very simple to operate and clean. Another top quality product from Ninja! I am 100% happy and satisfied and I thank you Ninja for making this machine with such high quality at a reasonable price! 10/10! ☆☆☆☆

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this thing! It's so cool and easy to use. I just add my liquid to the slot and boom, a perfectly textured slushy is made within no time. It would be absolutely perfect for a party or gathering as the slushy stays frozen in the machine for hours. Just pour and go whenever you want! It's not noisy either. You can make so many different drinks with this. I definitely recommend.

Pros: It works amazing, it's super easy to use, it's fast, and it's easy to clean. Cons: Doesn't work with sugar free beverages such as zero sugar juices or diet soda. Everything will need to have at least 4% sugar or you will need to use honey, sugar, coconut sugar, or allulose sugar for it to work. (Allulose is too new for me to trust and is banned in some other countries) If this worked on sugar free drinks as it advertised it would be 5 stars. I still love it though.

I have a bunch of NINJA products. My wife laughed when I sent her the picture of the slushi machine and wanted to know if I ordered it yet. Yes honey, yes I did, and she loves it! Huge win again for Ninja. I have put several drink mixers through the machine and it does great. One thing I noticed was if I cut back on the liquor in the mix and just topped the drink with a shot, it will freeze much faster, plus you get the hit of the booze on top.
