Easy to use out the box. Cleaning is a breeze too. Makes a low murmur while in use, not annoying but when it turns off definitely noticeable. The quick rinse is nice and easy to use function. Negatives: - - if you need to add sugar its a challenge. it gets stuck in the door. - I wish the distance from the cold cylinder to the front was shorter to keep it colder - It comes out lump at a time not smooth. Now I’ve only filled half way so may be part the issue. - squeaks if ice drags across the cold cylinder

I received this on 2/5/25, and I absolutely love it. My family and I are having so much fun creating different drinks. We appreciate how easy it is to use, how much money it saves us, and the fact that it’s conveniently located in our kitchen, ready for us whenever we want to use it. We are big fans of Ninja products, and this one has quickly become one of our favorites.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made the best milk shake ever. Easy to use, it works very quite and it easy to clean. The drink is very soft it's not ice , i love it. It took me like 30 minutes to make a milkshake and I love that the minimum is exact 2 drinks.

Handy machine, easy to use, easy to clean. A bit heavy to move around, would be great to have a place on the counter at all times, however, because of the height and where my top cupboards are located, I can’t. So, I cut out 1/2 of the middle shelf of a cupboard to store it. Lifting in and out not much fun, but worth it. Have made fruit slushies and chocolate milkshakes so far…..Keto…the Allulose is a must for this to work!

So far so good. Easy to use and easy to clean. So far have made Coffee Frappes and Spiked drinks. Used a ready to use margarita mix for the Spiked. Used 1.5 cups of water filling the rest with the mix and had slushies in less than an hour. Everyone loved them!

The 88 oz tank has a paper thin gap that liquids get in and given the angle of the opening is impossible to clean. When contacting the company they have a ridiculous process you have to go through including a video call where you are required to show how you clean it in the top rack of the dish washer which it doesn't fit in.

This has been out of stock for a while. I got on the list to be notified when it came available. I got the email and tried to order within 30 minutes of getting it, no luck, sold out again! The next time i got the notification it was available I ordered right away and got one! We love it. Easy to clean and makes great slushies and milkshakes. Haven't tried a margarita yet. :-) The only thing that disappoints me is that you cannot make slushies from diet drink mix or sodas. That is mostly what I drink. Hard to cut calories when there has to be a 4% minimum sugar content. Maybe they will figure out some way to make it work with sugar free drinks in the future, I will be watching! Overall great product, I recommend it!

I bought this this August, and I have to say this is the best machine on the market. It is pretty heavy, and so easy to clean. One good thing is if you start getting low on the frozen liquid you can add more to it. I LOVE my slushie machine. I was lucky to get one I very highly recommend this to everyone that loves slushie's.

I've only used this a handful of times but so for I love it. Not being able to make sugar free drinks is probably the only thing I dont like about it. I know there are sugar free syrups with glycerine that works from the research ive done but yet to try. The frappe turned fluffy like clouds in your mouth. Can't wait to try out more recipes
