I bought two ninjas one works pretty good the other we had to return. Some glitches and things just didn’t work. It doesn’t really last 12 hours either machine didn’t and they didn’t slush as good as I thought they would but nice product for the one that works overall for events

I purchased the Ninja Slushi Maker for my T1d slushi loving son… we figured out low carb (no carb) mixes & are loving our Slushi maker!!! Everyone in the family loves it. It works quick & is easy to use. It did take a couple of failed attempts to figure out the correct mixture but allulose is key!

This slushie machine is fantastic! I've already made several different spiked slushies, and every batch comes out perfectly. What's even more impressive is that as I get better at mixing, the machine seems to work faster and more efficiently. I love it so much that I bought a second one to keep at my mom's house for when we visit. It's definitely a must-have for anyone who enjoys frozen drinks!

This product is amazing! The whole family is enjoying the Ninja SLUSHi, from milkshakes for the kids to Bloody Mary’s for Mom & Dad! Actually, all of our Ninja products are pretty amazing!! I can actually say I can cook when using Ninja! Thank you!

I wanted to absolutely fall in love with this product, as I do love all things Ninja, BUT....... they fell short. I do love the idea and it does what it says and makes slushes, frappés even frozen margaritas, but where they lost 2 stars for me is the canister. When I go to clean the canister, around the edges is so thin where they glued together, you can't get in it to clean. Your drinks can though. Which is a bad combination. So after using my machine 3x, I have mold growing where I can not clean. Ninja needs to remedy this soon, before people start getting sick if they don't notice the mold. I feel like this product is extremely pricy to have this kind of oversight.

I have had the slushy maker about two week and so far I love it.! There is bit of a learning curve on sugar levels but i found if i substitute sprite for the water in a recipe i have great success! Cant wait to take it camping. Thinking of buying another so i can make more

I bought this 3 weeks ago and OMG, I love it! I've made slushies, milkshakes, and frozen margaritas, and each one turned out great. My 6-year-old daughter is loving it during these hot summer days. It's easy to set up and clean up, which makes it hassle-free. We used it for my family reunion party with over 50 people and had no problem running it continuously for 5 hours. Everyone loved it!

Freezes NOTHING. Followed recipes on this site, did all the troubleshooting and the best it does is chill an already cold liquid. SO disappointed. Waited forever to get this item two days ago. I've ran it for over an hour and it will just not freeze anything. Feel pretty duped and this item is NOT cheap.

I purchased this item a few weeks ago and it can be temperamental. If the sugar content or heavy cream is off- or if the machine isn’t set at a specific setting, the product will not turn to slush. Also, it tends to leak and hard to clean. Now I’m having trouble with an oily substance leaking. Not worth the money!

I waited months for this machine to be restocked and was beyond excited when I finally got my hands on one. However, when I unboxed it, I noticed markings all over the machine, suggesting that it had been used. I'm extremely disappointed. To make matters worse, the company didn't offer to send me a brand-new replacement, instead offering only a 20% discount or a return. This is incredibly frustrating.
