reply from SharkNinja Product Expert

Hi dear customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Ninja SLUSHi Professional Frozen Drink Maker. We understand how confusing it can be to see different prices across retailers. Pricing is managed directly by each retailer, and we do not set or control those prices. We will make sure your comments are passed along. If you’d like any further support or have questions about Ninja products, please feel free to contact us at 1-800-365-0135. Kind regards, Ninja Kitchen

I’m sure I will love it.

I brought it for my 60th birthday on November 3. I haven’t opened the box yet.
