I bought a nutribullet a few months ago.It broke down on me and I called customer service and they replaced it for me

So easy to use and clean, we use ours daily and love it! So many recipes available, there's no excuse not to use it.

Machine will not engage no matter how hard I press down on the cup. What a major disappointment and the return policy also disappointment.
