The rep was friendly, courteous and over all great in helping me get a new gasket for my NITRIBULLET PRO.

I got this fir Christmas. I use it 4 times a week. I use my own recipes. I am always missing something for a nutribullet recipe.

I have only one issue that is a problem. It is difficult to open and/or close for those of us who have gripping trouble - arthritis.
