After only one week of use, my blender completely stopped working. I am so disappointed, looks like I'll be buying a Vitamix.

This is my second NutriBullet. Used first one for 2-3 years almost every morning for a smoothie. Works great. Easy to use and clean.

This is my second Nutribullet. I’ve had this one under a year. The base doesn’t work properly, it’s hard to attach the cup. I would not recommend.

Bought it three years ago and have been using it 3-4 times a day since. Also lost 40 pounds of fat along with changing up my diet.

You may have broken one of the plastic tabs off near the rim of the cup. Turn the cup 1/3 turn to the next tab.

Response time to emails was almost immediate and very satisfied with results. Stood behind product 100%. A very happy customer!
