I love what I get from the NutriBullet though it has some shortcomings as the top will sometimes come undone while blending my treats

nutribullet won't sell the extractor base that screws to the plastic container. This is the part that fails most frequently.

I got the matte pink one but it does not look like what they have pictured it is more a bubble gum pink. I am hoping to be able to exchange it.
