Just perfect for my purpose.

I bought this product about 2 months ago. I had very motivating results. I had a sugar level of over 9 and this Wednesday my Doctor told me it is under 7. my cholesterol was very high also and it came considerably down, not perfect but way lower than 3 months ago. I am very happy with this product. Thanks so much everyone involved in to this product.

Major leakage

First time out of the box, after a grocery purchase of $60 in veggies/fruits. I was so excited to try. My first smoothie/juice was mostly on the counter after running through the machine. After checking lid wasn't cross-threaded, etc. Water was only to max line, but veggies to top. Second smoothie, filled the base. I have seen reviews that another lid/blade assembly doesn't have holes in it. Why would there be holes at all in a product you place upside down? I should not be required to purchase another item just to make this work correctly when it's brand new.

Smoothie Drinker's BEST FRIEND!

I received my NutriBullet - Magic Bullet for Christmas. I use it every day, tossing in greens, nuts, berries & seeds. Not only does it blend my smoothie better than an expensive blender, clean-up is so much easier. I have already added a second set of the cups (just in case I forget to run my dishwasher), so I always have one to use.

Only okay because of price

It does the job for a good price, however the design is not so good. There are seams where there is liquid and leakage can be an issue. Twisting the container to engage it, is cumbersome and the contacts can get stuck due to leakage problems, making it impossible to push down and twist. You must be careful on how the lid is threaded and how tight which can mean trying several times and if too tight, difficult to unscrew... too finicky. Simple switch systems are more user friendly. I would recommend this only because of the price.

Not reliable

I have bought several magic bullets in the past and don't last past a year. The motor stops working and or they leak. Yes I know you are not suppose to over fill them and follow instructions but they still failed. I have bought 3 already and don't know if I want to buy another one.

No dry ingredients like seeds or coffee!

Commericals and demo's always show this being able to grind coffee beans, almonds into flour, etc but the instructions state to NEVER use without liquids (cold or room temp, never warm or hot liquids) as this will cause damage and void the warranty. This is ridiculous and doesn't make any sense. When I called to ask about this I was told that isn't true and the 900 watt 'pro' model doesn't need the milling blade either, only the 600 watt regular model does. Except the manuals for both tell you not to blend dry ingredients at ALL!! What is going on with this?!? I guess I'm returning and buying a different blender!

Best Customer Service Experience EVER

I was fortunate enough to Win the Nutribullet Pro in a Sweepstakes a few weeks after purchasing the Magic Bullet. Just out of the blue it wouldn't work after having used it a few days before, found out it was a simple fix as it just needed a little cleaning. Customer Service Rep was extremely nice and very professional! He was quick, well spoken and very customer oriented. Great Job and hats off to training great employees.

Help with machine

After using my NutriBullet for 30 days, I noticed a problem with the motor. It would not stop after I would remove the container. When I called customer service, the very friendly representative explained to me how occasional spills can make the activation levers along the rim stick. She explained how to clean it, and now the machine is as good as new. I really appreciated the clear instructions and great demeanor of the service rep.

Leaking Gear Oil

I use this blender primarily for making warm/hot ‘bullet proof’ type beverages once a day in the morning. After two months of almost daily use the under side of the blade component started leaking oil. While this does not make its way into the beverage, that I can see, smell or taste, it is unfortunate and will probably need replacing in a very short time.

AWESOME PRODUCT!!!

I bought the NutriBullet RX about a month ago and I couldn't be happier. There is no one that loves soup more than I do. It's what I order the most in restaurants, and what I make the most at home. I had lap band surgery a few years ago and I prefer a fine pureed soup that I can drink over a thick, chunky soup that I may sometimes have a harder time eating. The NutriBullet RX is great for that! It blends the soup up into a very fine puree (never any chucks) and heats it perfectly. After the 7-minute cycle, I pore the hot soup in a soup bowl, and drink it 'till I'm stuffed. It's so good, it's hard to stop. Every soup I've made so far has tasted fantastic. And the great thing is, you can take any soup (even the chunky ones) and put them in the NutriBullet RX (and maybe add a little extra broth or liquid) and they all come out very tasty! It's very easy to use, and I just love going through the kitchen looking for different things I can add to my soup. After I use it, it takes less than a minute or 2 to clean it, and it's ready to use again for the next meal. I use it almost once a day. I made one smoothie with it, and it was also great, but I'm mostly a soup guy. Wish I'd known about the NutriBullet RX a long time ago.
