Buying the tv was worst experience I've had with sams club. From Buying it to dealing with most of staff at store was in a word,disgusting. Had 4 in stock yet online showed none. Called store since I had went home with our cold stuff and got the rudest rep only to say I wrote the wrong stock # down even though i had a picture of it. Couldn't buy it online so they couldn't ship it for some reason. Store refused to hold it for me and it wouldn't fit in my car. So much went wrong with this sale. Booo to the team at this store...

Sound and picture no issue..Setup was easy enough. Only issue I had to agree to proceed for to privacy etc...which I would have typically skipped all this. It could have just been a step I missed to dismiss. 6 year old grandchild has no issues to operate the controller to find what he is permitted to watch.

Great value and the picture is very good. Only complaint is the remote, the buttons are small and too close together. The remote is not ergonomically friendly.

This was an amazing buy. The price was right and this tv does a lot of things

It just started playing ads while it is on sleep mode 🤮🤢 This was just introduced in a software update last week.
