My wife and I ordered or mattress and bed frame but when we got our bed frame there was damage to it and pieces missing. Contacting them and were able to send us another. Problem with that was the second bed frame we received was in worse shape then the first and was missing even more pieces. Am extremely unhappy with what is happening

I have lived abroad for decades, when I came back to the US i had to furnish my house from scratch. When it came to beds I found a spectrum of price that just blew me away ! I finally settled on the Nectar Queen Size with frame to go with it . I can honestly say that at Sixty Six years of age I have NEVER slept so well in my life ! The zero gravity function is fantastic! The mattress is utterly perfect ! I know it sounds kind of silly but my mantra these days is " I LOVE MY BED" Ahahahahah. I sincerely recommend this mattress and be sure and get the frame that has the massage feature and the raised/ lowered head and feet functions, you will not be sorry !

This has been an issue since we unwrapped it. It was sliced from someone unpacking it at your place of business. We let it go. Tho really should not have. I took pictures so there’s that. The electricity keeps going out so much that the adapter looks like it’s blown. I tried to get into my account and it says I don’t have one please register for a new one. I’m not doing that so I went to my emails from you that I get every week at the email you don’t recognize. I am very disappointed with your company right now. You need to fix this. The two stars are for when it worked which was very little. If it worked consistently and well and wasn’t ripped/torn you would have gotten five stars. This is the second bed I bought. I bought one for my son and he loved it. So we bought one for us. Bed great tho adjustable frame not so much.

Honestly I hadn't read up a lot on the frame before I bought it. I knew it was adjustable but not how adjustable. It does everything that I expected it to and more. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 are because of three things (that are really minor) 1) The 'lighting' underneath could have been done a little better, maybe with a timer to only be on at night. 2) The 'massage' functionality doesn't really do anything, not even 'in the moment'. You can feel it a little but it's not really ever going to relieve anything 3) There is no instruction manual with the remote.

Reviewed various videos on you tube on frame unboxing and set up, which for some reason not offered on website. To my surprise many changes have been made, but not on nectar website! Soooo easy, I (72 yr old grandma) could do on my own, only needed help turning frame upright! Great right out of box action Love it! Would not recommend warranty, company does not appear to know what they are doing, and that’s just trying to get warranty documentation!!

Assembled easily by myself. Very simple learning process to operate the bed. Slept better from the first night. Mattress is comfortable and stays pretty cool. I am very happy with the purchase. I don't see how the much more expensive ones could perform better.

This was the best purchase I’ve ever made! The frame was easy to setup, the massage mode is fun and relaxing. The different positions you can be in is incredible. I love the zero gravity and the sleep button. I literally don’t want to get out of bed. I also purchased the mattress, which is so comfortable. I’m very happy.

So I'm 28 and have a chronic stomach condition. I keep it at bay with my diet and medication but will always have chronic reflux and need to sleep elevated. I've been considering buying an adjustable bed for a while and I'm SO HAPPY I finally did. I'm getting the best sleep ever. I regret not buying one sooner.

My husband set up the adjustable bed frames, which we bought a split king and he had them put together in no time! It's great that it comes with multiple attachments to make the desired height needed. The massage feature is relaxing while you're at the desired position you're at. We also have the Nectar matresses with the copper inlay to keep you cooler while you're sleeping and the matress is so comfortable! We enjoy our new bed!

So far so good, got a fib and could not sleep in my regular bed for four months. That’s why I purchased the adjustable bed. I was a side sleeper now I am a back sleeper. It’s working out so far. I hope mattress holes up, but I do have a lifetime warranty.
