Shipping took quite a bit longer than expected. I live in Alaska and distances are large! I was already disappointed with the product by the time it arrived. Assembly&use: Instructions where complete, well written and easy to follow. All the parts where there and the fit and finish where above what I had expected for the price point. Welded steel frame, adjustable height legs, robust massage feature, usable presets for positions. All very pleasantly surprising!

To my dissatisfaction, the frame materials seem cheap. The particle board that the mattress lays on has a large chunk of the corner broken off and floating around inside the fabric. The electrical foot lift shorts out and takes forever to go up and down. And yes, I checked all the wiring and made sure it was color coded and connected correctly. I literally had to click the button several times (10-15) to get the bed flat again. Now we have it all built and not even slightly interested in taking it all down to box it up to send it back. VERY Heavy to go up and down stairs with. We are just stuck with a brand new broken bed! Not thrilled at all!

Love the bed it was a 5 star but my Daughters and me has been sending stuff back and forth and getting no where bed isn’t working and it was for my Daughter Wendy and she’s been in so much pain. I had thought when I got ready for a bed I might get one of these but as of now I got seconds thought about it.

I still don't sleep better than before I bought this mattress. I still wake up with a stiff and sore back and headache. What I can say is the mattress itself is well made. I really was hoping it would be awesome and I'd sleep all night but it's just OK.

I was extremely confused as I thought I was getting a nectar adjustable bed frame. I instead got a “resident” adjustable bed frame. My remote doesn’t even work and flashes blue nonstop when I press any button. The Bluetooth doesn’t always work so a lot of times my bed gets stuck in a position. Be cautious about purchasing this

Had it 3 weeks and like it a lot but it needs a few tweaks. 1. Add a wall hugging feature so I don't lose my pillow every night. 2. Add another section to the legs, they are too short, 3. Change the color to a beige. Black goes with nothing in a bedroom. We replaced the steel legs with Cherry and added 4 inches. It works.

The adjustable base is not a good fit for a Twin XL mattress - not heavy enough? too stiff? There have been several issues with the frame itself and I will be returning for a refund. ​ 1a) Massage motor gave out in first week - motor overheats if it's used for extended time. Received a replacement motor but it still overheats and turns off. 1b) I live in a two story home - the massage motor is so loud I can hear it downstairs. It makes the floors and walls vibrate more than the mattress. 2) My spouse is short and doesn't weigh much. The mattress will not bend with the frame. If you position in Zero G the mattress just sticks straight out. I have to tie down the end of the bed to the frame to make it match the frame's angle. 3) The USB outlet stopped working after 3 weeks. Only plugged in a phone charger and nothing else. Just stopped working.

So glad i got this bed, its like sleeping on a cloud. The mattress is so thick itself its nothing like the regular twin size bed i had. I work standing all day as i work in a restaurant. The adjustable base with the massage features are absolutely great. Not to mention the google nest hub. Honestly im just in awe still with my bed

I really was excited about this bed and hate to give it a 2 star. But upon delivery one of my remotes does not work and my wife and I are constantly negotiating positions. My real concern is when this cheap remote that works, finally decides to stop working. What position will it be in? I am starting to miss my old bed.

Bout this frame a few months ago and for the price it has been awesome would recommend to everyone! I toss and turn normally but with this frame I set it to zero g and I don't move at all and I wake up feeling well rested and I don't sleep well at all normally like 4 hours a night but with this I easily sleep 7! Highly recommend
