I purchased a Nectar queen mattress. So far one month into using the mattress my husband and I are satisfied. Our 80+lb German shepherd sleeps with us and you can not feel any of us getting in or out of the bed. My only complaint is?whenever I purchased the bed I attempted to click on referred by but it did not let me use the reference.

Well it was ez enuf to put together but the massage feature on the bottom of the base is on permanently! I have to unplug the bed to make it turn off! So that means I have to plug the bed in to change positions so I'm not able to enjoy it how it was supposed to be used!

After swapping from a traditional frame to this frame, I sleep so much better. My wife and I both have had lower back pain and this new frame has helped dramatically with that. The frame was super simple to put together. The presets on the remote are also great, 3 manual presets allow me and my wife to both have our own presets that work best for us. My wife and I both agree that this was one of the best purchases I have made.

We have enjoyed the adjustable frame. They need to put the phone charger on both the right and left side of the twinXL. When you put the two frames side by side you are not able to access the charger outlet on one of the frames. Also adapters for existing head boards would be a nice accessory.

very hard to set up but finally worth it. the bed slides a bit to the sides after up and down every day for the past month or so. ive had to push it at least 3 times... i guess cuz i use it more on 1 side? not sure... the massage isnt worth it. its a giant vibrator LOL it def is comfy going up and down. def recommend for that. wish it were easier to put together. lets see if it holds up the next yr.

I was nervous ordering a mattress online. I mean how crazy is it to order a mattress that arrives in a box?! Well, I LOVE IT! I Ltd so comfortable. I miss the edging seam that comes on regular mattresses. I never noticed that before until it wasn’t there. It’s also a touch warmer than a traditional mattress. I bought the adjustable base and I LOVE that too. I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family.

These bed frames/bases are a great height, we can adjust the bed in just about any way we would want it for any level of comfort. It's only been just over two months but we feel like this was a great purchase! We already had a King bed frame with headboard and footboard and had concerns about the two twin xl frames fitting, but they fit inside our frame perfectly! We still have a great looking bed with great comfort and can sit or lay in any aspect for reading or tv aside from sleeping.

Well it is really not much different than my old 25 year old mattress... it is soft and comfortable but your pillows are a little to thick for me and my head and neck sweat and your mattress is not very good at the cooling either, I find myself sweating... the adjustable frame is OK but doesn't stop my snoring and the light from the power module is quite unpleasant ( I like my room dark) and the location of it if the power goes off and I have to reactivate it, it is quite hard to reach...

Since we cancelled our order, I hesitated whether to write a review or not. The customer service for Nectar is wonderful. They really tried to make things right for us. They sent us broken frames that looked like they were used/had food crumbs and hair inside, ick! The wait time while one frame is going out on a return and another one is coming in, only to have the same thing happen again. It was forever so we cancelled. Yes, our bed is nice, but it's from a different company.

I ordered this bed frame on 1/15/2019 .. exactly a year later the frame stopped working when we unplugged the bed to vacuum our rug underneath it. Customer service was amazing and since it was right before 1 year of purchase they immediately sent us a replacement on 1/09/20 , however, they didn't tell us when that replacement would arrive as we didn't get an email after submitting pictures of tags and receipts with a tracking number so I received a massive box to my downtown apartment building without prior notice so I could have the old one taken apartment and out of the way so I ended up having to manage two bed frames in a 645 sq. ft. studio. Here we are on 1/24/21 and the frame has acter up one again after the only time we have unplugged it since it was replaced. We're assuming it has something to do with the bed's outlet cord. This sucks because we absolutely love this frame but it's not worth it if it will stop working exactly at the 1 year mark. Since our warranty period is over I doubt anything can be done to replace it.
