The base works well; however, the mattress seems like it's not flexible enough to form well to the base. When raising the feet and head at the same time for example, the mattress turns into more of a V-shape rather than a natural comfortable position for laying on your back.

Both frames have the USB outlet on the same side. The frame has guards on the bottom of the mattress to keep the mattress in place when you adjust the bed. This means that one frame has the USB connection on the inside of the frame if you place it next to the other frame where your partner is sleeping. So. If you want to be physically close to your partner you cannot use the USB connection on one frame. The other issue is the mattress still slide side to side so you are constantly pushing the mattress back into place. The last thing is that as you raise the upper part of the bed. Where your head and torso are. The pillow has a tendency to fall onto the floor because as you raise the bed it comes away from the wall leaving a space in-between the bed and the wall. It would have been helpful to have a barrier on top to keep this from happening.

I had been wanting an adjustable frame for a long time and looked at a LOT of them before settling on the Nectar. I'm so glad I got this! I did over-estimate my ability to set it up alone, but once I got some help, it was ready to go pretty quickly. The queen size is just too heavy for one person to do alone. It works great with my existing mattress (got rid of the old, tired box spring) and I love being able to feel cradled in my bed. The massage is really lovely at the end of the day. I've been getting very restful sleep without tossing and turning as I usually did before. Highly recommend!

I opted for the adjustable base when I ordered my new mattress. I’ve been very pleased with it. We love the massage feature, especially the multiple modes. Been very helpful as I tend to get reflux at night. The head elevation has been great to help deal with that.

The first thing I love is that this frame fit right into my exsiting bed frame so I still have a headboard and footboard that match my other bedroom furniture. I love that the Nectar bed frame allows up and down and ‘snore’ position adjustments, and although I didn’t expect it, it would be excellent if the queen size came with dual adjust for each person in the bed like the king size. I absolutley love the vibration settings and the different modes, what a nice addition. The only thing I took off one star for is the remote DOES NOT come with any instructions, and although I finally figured it out, it would be nice for the memory settings, and to actually know what each of the buttons do. It took me a couple of days of playing with it, and I figured it out, but when you pay that much money for something, it should at least have a sheet of paper or booklet with a few instructions.

It is perfect in every way. We have high end Serta mattresses for other bedrooms that cost 3 times as much and this is just as comfortable. Comfort is not too firm and not too soft. Price was very reasonable. Delivery was quick. I will definitely buy same one again

I got the adjustable frame. I told myself it was for practical reasons. In theory if Dad’s retina detached again he would need to sleep sitting up. The slope for snoring will help me sleep better. It had nothing to do with the phone charges & massage feature. Yes I enjoy my adjustable frame for the fun features. My nieces love it & I do too. But technically it is to help with my snoring. :wink: Adding a plug for computer big chargers would be nice too, otherwise practically perfect

After just a few months, this adjustable frame stopped working - we think due to a faulty remote but the "warranty" department is so incommuicative. When I call them again, now the remote is discontinued and there is no time frame available for shipping. Unacceptable support. So disappointed and frustrated.

The experience to assemble the product, its quality, its feature, and no single complaint were all perfect. The only point I'd make is that I bought this product together in a bundle with the Nectar Copper Mattress, the main reason I chose to buy the bundle is that I was trusting both would work perfectly together since the same company sells both. To my surprise, the Copper Mattress is too tall and it looks weird when adjusting it... it does the work, but I bet any other of the mattress versions would have looked much better. I think that, at the very least, you should show a warning to buyers that such a tall mattress won't work as well as the normal or possibly even premium versions would.

I ordered a king sized bed...I know the king size is made up of two twins but I would not have expected those two beds to be different (sent from different manufacturers, had different leg attachments so they are different heights, the platform height is even different). Why didn't I just get two of the same thing. This was not an issue with how the bed was set up by us.
