The bed frame is great. The service is good. I'm just disappointed that they didn't make it clear that you would be unable to use one of your USB ports if you have a king size bed. You need to get two twin XL for a king. Apparently they only make one frame and the USB port is always on the one side. So, this leaves one of you not being about to use this function. This could be a selling point for some people. They should make it more clear.

THIS bed is not good quality. The bed on its highest legs are even worse and are not sturdy. So I lowered the legs and still not feeling safe. The bed itself is not great either I wake up and my back still hurts from work. These beds are supposed to make you feel great when you wake up! I’m his bed will not. The bed is overpriced for the lack of quality and lack of comfort. The bed frame is also very plastic and very overpriced for the lack of quality. I will not ever be recommending this bed or frame!!!

We bought two xl twins to make a California king split with adjustable frame. It’s been 3 years now and my hubby still goes to bed every night with his 30 mins of vibration. We looked at more expensive beds and mattresses and decided to try nectar (because nothing to lose with the try it for 365 day guarantee.) Best bed I have ever slept in. From the zero gravity position on the base to the really really great cooling cover on the mattress (middle aged woman with hot flashes) hands down a great lifetime bed. Also love the mattress covers , have been great wash after wash during my hubby's cancer treatments.

The assembly of the frame was made difficult because there were welds inside the tubing where other tubing was supposed to slide inside making it impossible. Also the bolts for the mattress retainer were to short by a half inch. Looks like poor quality control.

The bed frame is very heavy and is a definite two person install. All controls worked good . My only complaint is the wood frame is thin plywood and it broke on the side middle joint during install on existing bed frame from previous bed. Bed frame still functions and I supported broken area with additional bracing board since returning bed would be a major undertaking. this explains only a 4 star rating.

I am really liking it. However I have a couple of things to say. Mine 1 of the 2 we have. When I put my feet up it then will loose air or whatever it is that keeps it up. Then also we got 2xl singles. And the idea of the plug in and USB port is great. But when you put the 2xls together one cannot utilize or use the plug in or usb. So I really think you should take that into consideration if you know that the 2 will be side by side. Other than that I am still glad I had money at the time to invest in them. Has made my sleep with my fibromyalgia do better. Thank you Crystal Ray

The mattress is too firm and so are the pillows from the Serenity Sleep Bundle. I can’t operate the control to change the position of the mattress. I read all the comments and purchased a 2 inch topper and cover. If this doesn’t work, I will have to replace it with a softer mattress I can sleep on. My son tried the control to adjust the bed after assembly and it worked. I don’t know why it didn’t work for me. I weigh less than 90 pounds. Is that a reason the mattress doesn’t contour to my body?

It was fairly easy to assemble and works as it should. I have two complaints though. 1st, there are squeaks coming from somewhere in the frame, I plan to try finding the source and fix if I can. 2nd, wire management between the electronic components is nonexistent. Lots of wire just hanging from underneath, seems in time it will get tangled and damaged.

I like the ZG setting. The massage setting turns on and off mid use and also slows down like it’s losing power. We have twin xl. My husbands side loses power. It’s not our outlets. Beds were incredibly easy to assemble and have adjustable height. The beds were also fairly lightweight. Beds separate too easily because they are only connected by a Velcro strap.

Works great. Bed is very responsive to remote and to my phone as well. Only issue is the foot massage function can hardly be felt . Not sure if I have a bad motor or the way it sits under the bed but it's useless. Upper massage function works very well. Wish it had a few more options for the vibration pattern.
