I have two queen Nectar adjustable bed frames. The first one was missing parts so I want sent a second frame. It was also missing parts, but because I kept the first one I had enough parts to assemble. Then it does not work. The power light comes on but the frame does nothing. I have rechecked all wiring and also had someone else check it too. Do NOT order this frame. Both times the box was damaged and I could literally hear the parts inside moving around the box. I cannot send this back because how would I ever get it into the box!

Our nectar bed is simply amazing. Me and my wife love our adjustable bed for a multitude of reasons. From the comfort of tending to our new born to the optimal position for watching television. At first set up the bed height was to high for my wife to get into bed comfortable. But thanks to nectar adjustable base, we were able to get to the right height for my wife. Overall we believe this was the right purchase and will definitely be referring our friends and family to nectar. Thank you for a comfortable and affordable adjustable bed!

I opted for the adjustable base when I ordered my new mattress. I’ve been very pleased with it. We love the massage feature, especially the multiple modes. Been very helpful as I tend to get reflux at night. The head elevation has been great to help deal with that.

The base is good insofar as it serves its purpose. I love being able to lift my head to watch tv and read. Hopefully it stands the test of time. However, it is pricey. Especially seeing that all of the mattress stores are now advertising a free adjustable base with certain mattresses. If I had known, I wouldn’t have spent the money.

The setup was fairly simple. Two people put it together right in the room. I love that there are pieces included to adjust the height from the ground. The remote lights up in the dark and is ready to use right away. I can adjust to my favorite position quickly and it has smooth transitions. Watching TV has never been this comfortable. I am loving my new adjustable frame. I don't know why it took me so long to make this purchase.

I got the adjustable base with my mattress and it's so great! Easy to set up and use. Only thing I'd add is another bar on other end to help keep the mattress from moving back when I raise the foot part up. The USB ports on the side were the deciding factor!

I bought this bed because I had a bed similar to this from a different company and loved it. I especially love the fact that I can adjust the bed to whatever position I wish. My only complaint would be the mattress. Although it starts out as very comfortable, it quickly develops a “well” or body indention. I suppose I could rotate the mattress, but they could also make a better mattress. Ii just put their mattress isn the guest room and put a regular spring mattress on the bed. Best of both worlds!

I was so impressed with the quality of sleep I began enjoying with a nectar mattress purchase, I chose to purchase the adjustable bed frame as well. The best money ever spent, best sleep of my life, love all the adjustable features for foot and headrest, elevation, zero gravity, USB ports on both sides of the bed…It has it all! And so much less expensive than any other bedframe out there and by far the best quality of any other bedframe out there! If you are deliberating, take the plunge. You won’t regret it for a single moment.

The bed frame is heavier than advertised; way above 100 pounds. Also there is a split in the fabric in the upper left hand corner where the fabric is coming apart, not a tear. Called and cannot get help until I can get resolved until I get someone here to take a picture, as I cannot and load on computer. Challenged with that. Meanwhile, have paid a lot for the frame that came with a defect.

We have had our Nectar, split king (adjustable frames and twin XL mattresses). The first night we slept so good! First time since we can't remember when that we didn't wake up with lower back pain. My only concern is, the massage motor has become very loud and if you move on the bed with the massage on (move meaning fix your pillow or something) the noise changes pitch. Not sure if the screws need to be tightened again or what. The other item of concern is that when you lift the head of each frame, it gets to a certain point and it pops. It doesn't stop working, but after having the mattresses going on 2 months now, I wouldn't expect to be having issues. But overall, I LOVE this bed! Best money we ever spent!!! And the sheets!!! Love them too!!
