The Platform arrived on time and in perfect condition. The instructions clearly state that two people are required for assembly and it was a snap with the components of better quality than expected. The remote is very easy to use and understand. We've already recommend the nectar to several others. Thank You for exceeding our expectations!

We've had our Nectar split king adjustable bed frame for close to 3 years now and at some point (about a year ago), the head on my side of the bed stopped laying all the way flat when lowered. It's not the end of the world or anything, but it does bug me that the two mattresses are different heights now because of the bed frame issue. For what we paid, I expected it to perform well for many years.

I had been wanting an adjustable frame for a long time and looked at a LOT of them before settling on the Nectar. I'm so glad I got this! I did over-estimate my ability to set it up alone, but once I got some help, it was ready to go pretty quickly. The queen size is just too heavy for one person to do alone. It works great with my existing mattress (got rid of the old, tired box spring) and I love being able to feel cradled in my bed. The massage is really lovely at the end of the day. I've been getting very restful sleep without tossing and turning as I usually did before. Highly recommend!

Had mattress and adjustable bed about 6 mos now and the mattress is wonderful. Absolutely love it! The adjustable bed is not so good. The foot actuator squeaks terribly in action and the foot massage is very noisy also. I expect the foot actuator will need to be replaced in the near future. I expected better for the price of the adjustable bed.

When I received the unit, the instructions were basically non existent. After about an hour, we figured out how to make all of the connections. The instructions need to be re-written with photos to show how wired need to be ran and were connections need to be made. Also, labeling the connections and colored wires would help a lot. For example: Plug the red wire into AUX1 input on main lift motor at head of bed. Next, have a picture of how the wired need to be ran to avoid the wires from being pinched when the bed is raised or lowered. Next, on the bed controls. I do wish that I had a choice of a WIRED or WIRELESS bed control / remote. I have a tendency of losing remotes. In the NEW instructions, you need to better clarify that the remote HAS to be PAIRED to the bed, before use, and HOW to do that. Last, for the UNDER BED LIGHT operation, you SHOULD have to HOLD the light button in for 3 seconds to turn the light on and off. While laying in the bed at night and you try to raise or lower the bed and you accidentally hit the UNDER BED LIGHT button and the light may stay on for DAYS or WEEKS before you finally notice that the light has been on the whole time, wasting electricity. As far as the function of the bed, I LOVE it...

I have a friend who ordered this mattress and adjustable frame. It was great! Minus the fact that it was Extremely heavy. So I decided to order the same mattress and frame. The mattress came and is great. But the frame has been a disaster. It’s completely different from my friends frame. And her sister also ordered the same mattress and frame. And her frame is also different from ours. It doesn’t make sense to me. You would think if you’re ordering the same thing it would be the same. But it’s not. I contacted customer support and they didn’t really know what to say to me. I ended up canceling my order for the frame because I saw no reason to pay for some thing that wasn’t what I was expecting. Not to mention I would have to assemble ALL the parts that make the mattress work. Customer service said it has to do with the warehouse is that the frames are shipped from. Still doesn’t seem right to me. Very disappointed

The legs bent on it & I had to tighten them up again. The bed moves easily on my laminate floors. So it slides all the time. It is a comfortable bed. However, I downgraded from a King to a Queen but I'm not too happy with the queen. My partner and I sleep in different positions. So a King may be better. But I've already paid for the queen bed. How can I upgrade without paying out too much money?

The assembly was easy. It is easy to pair and easy to use. I give it a one star review because I do not like the way the bed bends when I raise either end. I do not use the massaging, but it feels like vibrations and is uncomfortable to my sensory issues.

I purchased this bed for my dad who is unable to walk. The adjustable bed frame helps us to get him out of bed easily. He has been sleeping better compare to the hospital bed that was brought to our home. Being limited with your health this has boosted him morale and spirit to be able to sleep better.

Adjustable bed frame has a nice massage feature which feels great and helps you get a good night sleep. Frame is sturdy. Does not move around easily on tiled floor. Easy to use remote. Adjusts the bed to a perfect position for breakfast in bed or even watching tv.
