We owned the adjustable beds only 7 months and we have already had issues. One required a replacement component. The warranty department was not easy to deal with! We are elderly and husband is partially disabled as we explained to customer service. They expected us to actually install the part . After getting angry, they sent someone to fix it. That was one bed. The other bed is having issues as well. The vibration quits working periodically but so far by turning the power to bed on and off it starts up. We paid a lot of money for these beds and not satisfied with the quality! The mattresses are great but I do regret the Resident frames. We should have paid more and gone with Tempur Pedic.

It was definitely a heavy box. My son helped me to set it up. To our surprise the whole thing was basically put together already. I had watched a you tube site on putting the bed together and he was using a lot of tools. So that was an unexpected good thing. Once together and my Nectar mattress back on, I tried everything out and it worked like a dream. I use the massage element nightly, sort of lulls me to sleep. Raise the head up a little, I always sleep better raised. Haven't as yet needed to raise the feet but did try it to see if it worked and yes to that. I’m very happy with my purchase…thanks

I have lived abroad for decades, when I came back to the US i had to furnish my house from scratch. When it came to beds I found a spectrum of price that just blew me away ! I finally settled on the Nectar Queen Size with frame to go with it . I can honestly say that at Sixty Six years of age I have NEVER slept so well in my life ! The zero gravity function is fantastic! The mattress is utterly perfect ! I know it sounds kind of silly but my mantra these days is " I LOVE MY BED" Ahahahahah. I sincerely recommend this mattress and be sure and get the frame that has the massage feature and the raised/ lowered head and feet functions, you will not be sorry !

Just like the title says it’s fine. I’ve had issues pairing it with the remote, it staying paired, and the frame not responding to the remote. I opted to get the frame that came with the mattress thinking it would be a better fit but now that I have it I keep thinking I should have just bought one for 50% less than this costs from a different retailer. It’s fine but it’s not what I was hoping for.

We’ve had “Robocot” for about a month now and it’s been life changing. The zero gravity with massage feels amazing, and the split king gives us both control over sleeping positions. My only criticism is when sitting up the side table is hard to reach but it’s not a huge deal. Very happy with the purchase!

I gave 4 stars instead of 5, because the box the frame arrived in was torn open and looked like it had been through a war; and the control box which was supposed to be attached to the frame had come loose and had to be re-attached. Once we got it assembled and successfully paired the remote control, it worked fine. It's so handy to be able to raise and lower the head and feet, depending on whether I'm watching TV or sleeping.

The frames aren't the quality I would expect from Nectar and the money. The motors vibrate and make lots of noise when you change positions. The vibration settings on the remote are useless as you can't really feel it through the thickness of the mattress

Talk about convinence when it comes to wanting to watch TV, Reading, or anything really is a cobvinebt ability. The massage feature is something that helps me go to bed at night and with USBs attached to the frame it does help. It is very much a worthy investment that only adds to the bed.

There were a few minor issues upon receiving the bed and attempting to put it together ourselves. We were able to put it together, but it took more than 1/2 hour stated. Parts were missing, screw holes were welded in at an angle (for attaching the legs), and 2 screw holes were stripped (for holding wires to under the bed). Once we got those errors corrected, the bed went together smoothly. Love the functionality of the bed. Only drawback of the bed itself, the vibrating feature is hard to control. Sometimes the remote won't shut it off. Unless you are over 5'7" you can't feel the feet. And it's very loud. Even with the issues we had/have, I would purchase another one of these frames. The functionality that we bought the frame for works perfectly. I love being able to raise the head to ready/crochet. One thing to note, if you have the Sleep Number mattress, the Anti-Snore function will turn off the responsive air setting on the bed. For 1/2 the price of the one from Sleep Number, I'd still get this one.

We've had our nectar mattress for almost 4 years and we've loved it. So when we decided to upgrade to an adjustable frame, we had to get the nectar frame. We originally had the platform frame from nectar and it worked great. But the adjustable frame has been amazing for us. Makes watching TV or reading in bed so much better than just propping up pillows. The remote works great and we love the memory button to automatically adjust to our most used perfect position. It's height is adjustable with different feet options, so there's plenty of under the bed storage room. It had been a great addition to our nectar products we've had for years!
