Well, when we got the frame, the box was all broke up. Whoever brought it, dropped it off at dark and we didn’t see it till morning. The biggest thing that got me upset was the package contained “NO INSTRUCTIONS “ . We had everything else that I ordered less instructions for assembling. I called Nectar and talked with someone who said they’d get right back to me, but never did. From the web, we figured out the assembly except for the motor parts which are still not assembled but the frame is fine for a no movement bed. A little discouraging .

WOW! I’m soooo impressed! This frame was so easy to assemble! I am 66 years old and put this together all by myself! And in case you didn’t know, it will fit right inside of your old frame so you don’t have to unattached it from your headboard! I have neuropathy in my feet and elevating the lower portion of the bed has given me so much relief! Oh, and did you know, it also has a massager you can adjust for upper, lower, or all portions of the bed?!? And a timer!!!! So many great features! Wish I had purchased this adjustable frame years ago!

After looking over several sites(like 10 different brands) the nectar had the best price for what came with it. It adjust the head and the feet, it vibrates both independently with multiple settings. It is comfortable for us. The only problem I have it the matrices itself tends to move side to side on the fram so I find myself pushing it back on the fram so mine and my partners bed does not have gap between them for thing to fall to the Crack.

Overall I really like the adjustable bed frame. It adjusts fast and quiet. The remote works well. I put the frame inside my previous frame so I could keep the head board. Two suggestions. The massage works fairly well but it is uneven. The head massager is on one side of the bed while the foot massager is on the other side. So one person in bed gets a nice head massage while the other person gets a nice foot massage. Why can't they be in the middle? The other is with the USB ports. I have yet to use them. They are placed about 40% of the way from the head. This is right where you get in/out of bed. So your could hit the cables with your feet. It would be better if the ports were more like 10% from the head.

Received two twin xl. People who delivered were not familiar with bases which were not completely assembled. They fussed around and finally assembled the motors and other stuff while I called nectar for advice. Was informed that nectar no longer sent people to assemble, I should look on YouTube or return the bases. We are in our late. 70’s so we were at the mercy of our movers. They were able to get things working , but i don’t know if everything is done properly. My bed has a green light shining underneath, my husbands doesn’t. I wanted to put the beds on slats. They used the center legs to attach the two pieces which doesn’t seem right if you can use it on a slates bed, so I had to get rid of my platform bed and no longer have a base. A very stressful experience.

The adjustable frame was difficult to put together the instructions were missing important steps and we ended up with an extra cord we had to figure out for ourselves where it went. But works great and many combinations of adjustments make it perfect to customize for our needs.

The ability to raise or lower head and feet makes a huge difference in swollen, tired feet. I can read in bed much more comfortably. I highly suggest when the frame arrives, take it out of the box and take in the house piece by piece. You will need another person to help. The frame is very easy to assemble.

My one complaint is that we got two twin frames to make a king and both frames came with the USB ports on the left side. That means tat one set is on the center of the bed and is useless. Otherwise, the frame is great and provides plenty of settings.

I like the look of the frame. I do think there needs to be metal support bars on the sides of the frame not just one on bottom. My mattress often moves over the edge . I love the adjustable head and foot . The vibration can barely be felt through the mattress.

We love our mattresses and adjustable bed frames. My husband and I have had back problems for the last year and these beds have helped immensely. We are finally sleeping again! And the price is so affordable. Every other mattress place we went to that had adjustable bed frames cost at least double what nectar charged and it is amazing quality!! Cant rave about them enough!
