What a great help to my sleep! I can never go back to a flat box spring after experiencing this adjustable frame. I have allergies and a bad back, and this frame is so helpful for both issues. I prop the head and foot of the bed slightly and sleep GREAT.

I got the adjustable base with my mattress and it's so great! Easy to set up and use. Only thing I'd add is another bar on other end to help keep the mattress from moving back when I raise the foot part up. The USB ports on the side were the deciding factor!

The bed frame stopped responding. Now I only have an overpriced flat bed. These adjustable beds are a good option especially for a paraplegic like myself. The remote is convenient and easy to use but the massage option is not worth paying any extra money for. You get more noise out of it than a massage. All it does is shake the mattress under you. If you have a good comfortable mattress then you won't feel much of a massage. You can buy the Nectar mattress but for the bedframe I would recommend other better and less expensive options. I've seen similar options with up to 10 yr warranties and lower price. Look around for better options.

We owned the adjustable beds only 7 months and we have already had issues. One required a replacement component. The warranty department was not easy to deal with! We are elderly and husband is partially disabled as we explained to customer service. They expected us to actually install the part . After getting angry, they sent someone to fix it. That was one bed. The other bed is having issues as well. The vibration quits working periodically but so far by turning the power to bed on and off it starts up. We paid a lot of money for these beds and not satisfied with the quality! The mattresses are great but I do regret the Resident frames. We should have paid more and gone with Tempur Pedic.

We love our mattress and frame, my wife has restless leg syndrome and acid reflux and the frame helps relieve this . Our frame was fairly easy to assemble and has endless positions for watching TV ,back relief,leg raise etc. We wish the massage feature was more intense but is adequate. Has a tendency to squeak as well when rolling over or moving but not to bad.

I placed a order may 9th it took 3 weeks for my mattress to get here. 2 months before I heard anything about my bed frame, finally I got shipping confirmation for the frame and only got a box of hydraulics for 1 side of the frame. I've made 2 payments so far on a mattress I can't use and a frame I have only recieved a piece of. If your in any kind of hurry to have a new bed don't order from here.

I ordered an adjustable frame to go with my mattress, but it has been a horrible experience with the frame. The first shipment had obvious manufacturing defects preventingme from being able to assemble it, and the nectar team was sympathetic and great to work with for the return. The 2nd frame that was sent to me was missing a few things (required tag that should have been sewn to the frame, retaining bar to hold the mattress in place), so I requested a replacement part because without it, I cannot adjust the frame. That was a month ago. I have been following up to understand where my retaining bar is and have been told they will update me when it ships. It has been 3 days since my last email to them and they have not replied. So I will be returning the frame by the end of this week if they don't respond. I will not keep a frame that I cannot use, but paid extra for the ability to adjust the position. I loved their support at the beginning and I LOVE the mattress, but the frame has been a disaster. Save yourself the hassle and buy an adjustable base from a local vendor.

We opted for the Split King which proved to be a great move. I compared prices, read reviews, and researched adjustable beds across the market and chose Nectar. They did not disappoint. I love the multiple functions of not only the sleeping positions but also the massage settings. You absolutely can not beat the value when choosing Nectar.

We love our adjustable frame! I am a nurse, and I am on my feet for 10 hours and the fact that I can elevate my legs with the adjustable frame is fantastic. It helps relieve my pain and swelling at the end of the day I couldn’t imagine life without it now.

The bed is comfortable but when I raise up the head or foot, the whole bed shifts and it's clunks when it's moving. I was also disappointed that there are no USB ports on the bed. I purchased one last year for my husband and his has USB ports and lights.
