Not honoring warranty on defective motor on adjustable bed

I love the zero gravity position. The TV position sits up too high for my liking. The "massage" feature is very loud. It vibrates- not massages.

Zero gravity position is great

I love everything about this adjustable frame, and can’t believe I waited so long to buy it. My favorite setting is Zero Gravity.

So Comfortable!

Will update if I end up getting the correct item. My shipment was sent from Ashley Furniture and when I arrived, they had sent one of their own brand of adjustable bed frames that doesn’t offer near the features as this Nectar. Waiting on my replacement, but unsure if I will ever receive the correct product because Ashley furniture doesn’t list the Nectar brand on their website for sale.

Received wrong item

Wow. We love this bed so much. I’m a side and stomach sleeper who has been struggling with hip and shoulder pain and I suffer these no longer. I cannot say enough good about this bed. 10/10 would recommend. And I love to read before bed so the adjustable base is fantastic.
