There is a problem with the USB ports, they burned up my cables. I am asking for a fix. And I only used less than 10 times.

The frame is great. I used massage every night. I use presets to get in to non painful positions. Great frame.

The frame works well, but the overall mattress length becomes tiny so you cant actually sleep with your feet on the bed of you raise the head

I have a bad back and this has got me back to a bed . Before this I was sleeping in a recliner. Well made

Other than a fabric retaining bolt that was floating around loose under the fabric that I had to cut out, the frame has been very comfortable.
