My frame doesn’t match the pictures. Several people are getting frames that have different parts and remotes. Basically bed roulette. Mine is already making noises and not working properly after 2 months of use. Don’t waste your money.

Have one adjustable base from nectar. Am pleased with it. Ordered a second adjustable base June 28 2020 two months ago. Still no information from company for any possible time for delivery. Disappointed in that.

I bought my adjustable bed in March 2019. It died last night June 2021. Yes it is now out of warranty. Tried all the resets, child locks, nothing. I’m very disappointed that it didn’t last very long.

We got the the Adjustable frame because my husband has Gulf War syndrome and has a lot of difficulty sleeping and with pain. This has helped him tremendously. Very thankful for this purchase. I’ve already recommended it to several friends.

The base was easy to set up. While we have to adjust the mattress time to time having a strap that goes between both foxes that issue, its definitely worth it.

This frame does what it says however it also has turned itself on (the massage feature) all by itself in the middle of the night. And the only way it would stop is to unplug it. Not good. One more time and I will be calling for a refund

I would give it 5 stars except for the fact that the usb connections are only on one side of the frames so when you pair them together ( 2 twins make a king) only one side has access to the usb connections as the other is now in the middle. Useless.

I was sent an older model with the white remote instead of the new model with the black remote. I solely bought this frame due to the multiple memory settings on the black remote. I am highly unsatisfied.

We LOVE our adjustable frame with our Nectar mattress. It goes up and down very smoothly, the massage feature is a great bonus, and it was very easy to assemble on our own. Definitely an upgrade from the typical bed frame!

Our split king is okay. My 2 major complaints are 1) the firm isn’t as firm as I expected; 2) motion isolation isn’t great. I had to separate the mattresses a bit, as I’m a light sleeper.
