The bed always separates in the middle of the night. Also the bottom of the bed is torn where the holder is for the mattress. Spent a lot of $$$$ on this and very disappointed.

IT DOESN'T WORK WELL ON MY ADJUSTABLE FRAME. WHEN I RAISE THE HEAD THE MATTRESS DOES'NT HAVE ANY SUPPORT ON THE "SEAT PART" IT IS WAY TOO THIN AND ALMOST PAINFUL TO SIT ON.

Doesn’t function properly. You need to repeatedly press the buttons to make the bed move up, down,ZG, sleep, head up, got up, or even just getting the bed to go flat again

Having the adjustable frame has been a total game changer when it comes to reading in bed, watching TV and even working on my computer while getting to be in bed.

I was skeptical about the bed but after the first night, all those doubts floated away on a great nights sleep. I love the adjustable frame. It helps to sleep a little elevated.

The mattress moves. I have to go to the other side and physically move the bed bacl to where it belongs. very irritating! also every time the sheets are changed, the remote stops working and i have to unplug it and plug it back in. Why?

Had no luck getting the retainer bar to fit in the grommets. A second was sent-that didn’t fit …it’s not the bar it’s the grommets. I fixed it myself and it fits now. Hard time getting help from customer service

Assembly was easy, mattress is amazing and sleep is also amazing. Pushing a couple of buttons on the remote adjusts the mattress for perfect nights sleep. I have recommended Nectar to everyone I see.

So happy I bought my new mattress and adjustable bed! Adjustable frame was easy to set up, is super quiet and motion is very smooth. My St. Bernard doesnt even notice the movement when i raise or lower it! Definitely recommend!
