Like the frame but the USB port is under the frame making it difficult to plug in for phone charging. This is very inconvenient. The frame pictured that I ordered showed the port located on the outside of the frame.

I bought this Package for my husband to use in his room at an Assisted Living/Memory facility. It’s much more comfortable and nicer than a hospital bed. My husband loves it.

The bed always separates in the middle of the night. Also the bottom of the bed is torn where the holder is for the mattress. Spent a lot of $$$$ on this and very disappointed.

We requested support over noises withe adjustable frame. It took a lot time to get answers. Finally, i got a piece of metal which nobody knows what is that for.

Very happy with the purchase so far! Only had 2 months but it was easy to assemble and everything is as advertised. My only suggestion is to make sure you have 2 people to move the boxes if you need to bring them upstairs!

Split king is hard to keep together as mattresses slide out sideways. The noise of the massage makes it almost impossible to use which is the biggest disappointment. But it was easy to assemble.

Perfect for people with back pain, adjust to the position that make you comfortable. Also the preset setting for snoring and watching TV make it even better.i highly recommend getting the Nectar adjustable bed..

I purchased a split king bed frame and I was pleasantly surprised that Nectar changed the usb outlet from the side to under the front of the bed. The features on the bed are enjoyable and I’m pleased with the purchase.

Absolutely love this bed, it is the best purchase I’ve made in a long time! If you are curious about this bed just try it out I promise it will exceed all expectations you have.

It's ok I suppose for the price you pay the mattress came with a little hole the pillows it came with is awful they are flat just not impressed Now it has helped my back pain so that's why I have it 3 stars
