It's made of White plastic with steel under frame. It is strong, and it folds up to be only three feet long for storage. Should be good for years of use.

I use to set up displays, for out door parties, and family use. They fold up nice, are easy to carry, store compact in my garage and pack in any vehicle. Love them and they are sturdy.
