I have been most pleased with my new platinum adjustable bed. I owned a Serta mattress and only purchased the adjustable frame. The delivery and set up was excellent and the mattress fit perfectly. I have a four sided bedframe and headboard and the adjustable frame fit inside the bed frame well the functions are good and I am overall very happy with my purchase. Because I am using my bed and headboard it is a little harder to use my bedside table, but I have set up a portable table that can be moved to the side of my bed when I am sitting upright if needed. I have enjoyed the massager settings, but have not used the white noise. No complaints!

I have had this adjustable base for about 4 months. And it is a treat! I love being able to sit up easily and read in bed. I also really like the zero gravity setting and the lights to help me see around the bed at night. I suggested my parents purchase one as well. I'll never got without one in the future!

This is the best base I've ever seen. The noises are so good for sleeping. The light is excellent and you can't see it when you're in the bed. And the massage is great. Well worth the money.

Cannot install headboards. What does it tell you that Serta does not offer headboard brackets? The Ergo that they suggest do not work. Beds no longer go completely flat. Do without headboards or buy wall mounted.

We love our new king size platinum adjustable base . The features are great and functionality seems to be good . The problem is the king base is too big for a king mattress. The mattress retainer bar is not touching the foot of the mattress. Therefore when raising the head the mattress slides down till it touches the retainer bar leaving a 6 inch gap at the head of the bed for the pillows to get lost in .

So when it says dual massage it doesn't mean you have an option for left and right head and foot. You only have the option for head and foot so both sides of the kingbed vibrate. There's a speaker installed but it only plays horrible sounds like an untuned radio, no Bluetooth, no option to add real white noise. There's memory preset but only one, so you can't have more than one memory preset pretty wasteful. The remote is totally dumb there's an LED screen but it doesn't do anything. There is no app that I can find so I have to hang on to an extra thing in my bed in addition to my phone.

The message feature doesn't work. I have only had it a month
