It was super easy to set up and as soon as you take it out of the Packaging it is expanding rapidly. It's hard to believe it fits in a box for delivery. We have had zero issues or backaches. Pleased with this product.

I ordered the plush firm thicker version and it's been a peaceful relaxing sleep for a solid 2 1/2 weeks now I can't imagine a better sleep on a queen size mattress.
