I have been a Sam's member for over 30 years and never had a problem until this order. The Fed Ex delivery was a nightmare. The driver left 3 huge containers on my driveway with a huge pallet and refused to help me move to my patio. My garbage would not pick up and I had to pay to take to the landfill, an hour drive each way When I ordered, on-line, I called Sam's to specifically ask if the umbrella featured in the ad was included and was told “Yes” it was. When, after hours I had moved the boxes to my patio, assembled and discovered there was no umbrella, I called Sam's. Everyone assured me the umbrella would be delivered and the pallet would be picked up. Now Dan's tells me the umbrella was never included. This is deceptive marketing and advertising. This went on for over a week. Still no umbrella. Now the item is on a Clearance sale and Sam's cannot match the clearance price I should have returned but I spent so much time putting together I held on. Big mistake. The cushions show every spot and stains

Couldn’t even tell you about the product. Ordered it memorial weekend and said June 4 delivery. Called multiple times to get the worst customer service in history. Then out of the blue received and email they cancelled my order. Still waiting on my all state protection refund. Worst customer service experience of my life.

I wanted to love this set- it's really beautiful and looks great on my patio. The seats are comfortable and the fire pit is so nice. However, I cannot recommend based on issues with the cover. If you don't have a covered patio- do not buy this set. Water will get through the extremely cheaply made cover. For $2000 Sam's Club could have made this better quality.

We looked at numerous outdoor sets and this one really stood out in comfort and value! Delivery was smooth and assembly was easy! Everything was packaged well! We could not be happier with this set! The cushions are so thick and comfortable and the benches are a nice addition! 10/10 would recommend!

I was surprisedThe set was delivered on time and arrived in three very large boxes, along with the wooden pallet. While leaving the pallet behind was a bit annoying, it wasn't a major issue. The boxes themselves were heavy, but once unpacked, each individual section was manageable. We broke everything down in the garage and carried the pieces out to the deck without much trouble. The only exception was the fire pit, which was heavy enough that we needed to use a dolly. Assembly was extremely easy for the couch and benches—no tools or extra parts were required. The fire pit was the only component that required tools, nuts, and bolts. My only real complaint is that the sectional cushions do not attach to the frame. On windy days, they can easily blow off. This is the sole reason I'm rating this set four stars instead of five. I'm also writing this review less than 24 hours after assembly, so I plan to update it once we've had more time to use and enjoy the set. at how easy this was to assemble.

Love this set. It's perfect for our “California room” Outdoor living room patio. I was worried about the black wicker because it looks REALLY shiny in photos. It's not. I love it and it matches the space perfectly. It's a little stiff out of the box but so comfortable

The patio set seems to be very high quality. The base is more gray-ish than expected, but will work fine. We love the Lagoon color and the cushions are nicely firm! No real assembly was required aside from the fire table, unlike our previous set. This did make for heavy pieces to carry, but it was well worth the ability to just set them in place. I think hub's favorite part is that you can lock the pieces together and they won't slide around and separate.

I'm certain we will love this set. The quality is great compared to other sets we looked at. I'm rating a 4, however, because the play oat color in the picture is very different from what we got. We actually like the color that arrived (thankfully) and the box says play oat but much lighter than the picture and the metal is light gray. The picture on the website looks more beige. Just FYI.

We have the cast ash and we love it! We've had it for 2 years and it's held up very well! Easy to clean cushions. Best part is it comes with a cover. We did add extra buckles to the cover and furniture set because we get real heavy winds in the Midwest but overall no complaints about this set. In the winter, we pull it into our garage and use it there!

I do love the set, very comfortable. My only complaint is I bought the 5 year warranty, contacted Allstate, and they denied. The cover is NOT a little bit waterproof, so you have to bring in the cushions daily or they are covered in dew, and have to wait for the sun to dry it. Worse, if you didn't know it would rain, the cushions take days to dry out. I wanted something to protect the fabric from the sun exposure, and keep relatively dry when not in use.
