DO NOT BUY ONLINE!!!! Order %2310392448623 Didn't received my items. Called customer service 3times and said the refund was on the way. Almost one month passed, didn't receive any single refund in my account. I reported to the store supervisor and told me to call the costumer service again. So disappointing and frustrating. I will never buy online again from here. Put 1star just to make a review. It's actually -score for me.

My order was delivered on time and the sweatshirt's quality is superb for the price - that is the positive side. However, I was very disappointed on how they handled the delivery. It was left in front of my garage, in an open box (like those boxes that the warehouse gives out for free), no plastic wrapping around the sweatshirts as if someone just threw it in the box and just left it in front of my garage - bare and opened! They didn't even follow the instructions for delivery. This was so uncalled for and unprofessional for a big Company like Sam's Club. It was horrible!

Sadly, my navy flag sweater had a flaw in the white yarn where one strand ended and another began, leaving a hole. I tried to repair it, but the cut ends won't sew back together. And, now it's sold out.
