This product is very conducive to a stage 4 kidney patient, which I am. These dates are low in essentially everything that is not good for my condition. Remember moderation and you will enjoy this product. It contains plenty of dietatery fiber, and w/o being too graphic, it will keep you regular! The taste is fantastic, watch the pits, they are no real problem for adults. I close with this, I highly recommend this product, and I intend to purchase it again.

I buy these every time I shop at Sams. They are delicious and bigger than anything you can find in a regular store.

I love the flavor. Great source of fiber too. Texture can be hit or miss. IMO, they can be too soft and sometimes they are really hard to chew. I like the middle ground…kinda like a caramel chew.

A lot of the dates on bottom were really soft making me think thesehad sat around for a long time. This is the first batch that I have gotten like this.

Sad, thought I was getting a night out. Not the kind of date I was expecting. These are very tasty though.
