I needed a lighter weight jean than the heavy cotton jeans I wear most of the time. Also, as I've aged my belly biggered while my butt smallered. These jeans are light weight and stretch fit, so they solved both the heat issue and the fit issue. I bought a second 505 on my next shopping trip.

I’m not sure how old Levi seamstress are now. But, the pair of Levi’s I received from Sam’s club have a leg seam that runs out to the front of my left leg. Which is really uncomfortable across the knee. I will never buy another pair of Levi’s in this lifetime.

I do not know what Levi's did to their 505 line, but these are stretch pants, not jeans. I've own plenty of Levi's in the past and these don't feel anything like Levi's jeans I've owned. They feel more like Pajama-Jean material than Levi's jeans. If you are looking for real jeans, look elsewhere.

Description said some stretch, oh boy do they. I wear a 35W in 550 (relaxed fit) that are tight at button, these do not come in 35W so I ordered 36w. Well I have at least two inches of extra room and fall right off with out unbuttoning. They are bigger than relaxed fit 550. Material is really thin. Being returned to Sam's. Sam's please sell the Jeans people have been wearing for 40 years. Why Levis has multiple of the same model number is so dumb. 505 should mean something. not no stretch, some stretch, stretch. So many numbers to choose from. So dumb.

Levi’s are my son and grandson’s favorite jeans. I was so pleased to find the straight leg style in the size they need at a price that can’t be beat. There is just enough stretch to the fabric that ensures a comfortable fit. I have ordered these jeans before, and I just recently ordered 4 more.

These are not a normal pair of Levis. They are reduced quality- every pair we bought my husband ripped at the crotch in the same place. WE have regular Levis that he has had for a long time and have never ripped at all! Do not buy these cheap Levis with the expectation to have Levi quality. Never ever again!

I used to wear 560’s and was bummed out Levi’s discontinued them. I was reluctant to try the 505’s because from what I remembered, the were straight leg, regular fit and I needed more of a loose fit that the 550’s couldn’t provide. I ended up trying these after all and love them. They are great!

Torn on the back pocket the first time I wore them. This is the third pair of these jeans that I have purchased with the same problem. Not sure if it is something unique to how I wear clothes but I have had it purchasing items that seem to be problematic. I have had a long history with clothes from this company, but I am finished with this particular line. Disappointed after decades of satisfaction. It may be that the materials are not as strong as they once were

I have been buying these Levi men's jeans but this time around they seem to be much bigger in the leg than normal. I bought several pairs of these when they were on sale and now I won't even be wearing them due to that problem. Just wasted money very dissatisfied with this purchase

Waist larger than expected due to waistband stretchability. Never had so elastic material in Levi or any brand jeans. This waist stretch allows jeans to fall down if you do not wear a tight belt. Washed and dried once, not know if any shrinkage will result over time. Cloth material is very light weight compared to much older Levi's jeans.
