This throw arrived over the weekend so i used it at my fiancé house. I often get hot flashes so i found this throw to be very cooling. One side of the throw is nice and cool and the other side is similar to a fleece material. It would keep you warm as well. We had a snowstorm so I used the fleece material to keep me warm. I highly recommend for someone like me who is one minute cold and the next is hot. It's the perfect size for me. I'm 5'4 and can easily cover myself with it. This throw is warm and cozy on one side and cooling and refreshing on the other. It truly is an all season throw.
