Absolutely love this bread.  I have bought for more than 2 years. I won't eat any other kind, but.... I do eat a hearty white with PBJ.  Sorry.

bread is less than 5 days old and is moldy!!  
I have purchased this bread many times and never had this happen. 
 I suspect it was moldy when it left the store

Disappointed

This is a hearty bread with very large slices.  We cut our slices in half to make sandwiches and it’s plenty for an average adult.  It is not, however, a brand that you can toss in the bread drawer for more than 3 days after purchase, which is always indicative of minimal to no preservatives.  Aside from our homemade bread, this is our go-to.
