The reclining part is super easy, the one side table that comes with it is very sturdy and will not tip over easily. This is a great set.

The foot rests are nice and sturdy and will not collapse on you. The pull is easy to access and not hard to pull at all. The side table is a great addition to the set and is super sturdy.
