This tv is definitely a very reasonable price, however, you get what you pay for. I was under the impression that QLED=really good picture. But the more we started watching the more we saw color and picture flaws. Anytime there is a dark screen and there’s any transition of color you can see the pixelation of the transition. We’d definitely rather pay the few hundred extra for a really good quality picture. It’s hard to tell in store with the lighting and with the feed they are showing on the screens. I also ran into a guy at Walmart the other day returning 2 of the same TVs for the same reason.

We decided to purchase a new tv and chose the Vizio brand. The first tv we got home had a broken power button on the tv itself. The tv came on, but was useless because the remote wouldn't pair because of the broken button. We drove it back to Sam's (2 hour round trip) and exchanged it for a different one. When we opened it up, the screen was cracked. Sam's only had 1 left in stock and they would not hold it for us. So we took the broke tv back and they made me open it up and prove that it was actually broken. I reluctantly took the last one they had and it did work when i got it home. 2 months later, here we are with a vertical 6" line. Vizio's customer service is poor and Sam's club wasn't the biggest help with this matter either. I will be purchasing anything other than a Vizio to replace this thing. 6 hour of my life i will never get back. Not a happy camper!

We love Vizio brand. The price is why we decided to get another but larger TV. We are very happy with the sound and picture quality. Sam’s employees assisted with loading it in our truck. Due to the placement of the “feet” we ended mounting on the wall.

the tv has a great picture and it works great on everything except netflix. i constantly have to unplug tv and internet to reset or netflix will not load. its all over the internet so vizio needs to fix this problem. i have been a vizio fan and have purchased 4 or 5 vizios but this tv will probaly be my last. guess i should have got the samsung. 85 inch. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU USE NETFLIX !!!

picture colors are not vivid as advertised but a good value for what o paid on black friday for the size

Great price and an awesome picture. The operating system works well. Much easier to use than my old Samsung.
