These pillows are thinner and soft which I like and need. Most pillows are too thick and cause too much stress on the neck. These are just perfect. I had a neck fusion years ago and need a thinner pillow. These definitely do the trick. The filling is very soft and they include extra in case you want a bulkier/thicker pillow. I can't think of any cons at this time. I have not washed them yet or used them for an extended period of time.

The pillows are packaged very well. Inside the bag, there are 2 tightly rolled up pillows and a bag of extra fluff along with instructions. The pillows were left out to inflate for 2 hours. They were too soft and flat. So I used all the extra fluff to stuff both pillows to see if it helped any. They were still very soft. With the weight of the head, the pillows deflated a lot. They're too low for my preference. The materials are all very nice, but I like something that can hold its shape better.

I switched to these pillows a little over a month ago and find them to be exceptionally comfortable. Somewhat a novelty, these have a zipper and come with additional fill material (PHLUFF) to add if you prefer more firmness. I however, find the out-of-the-box firmness to be perfect for me. Very similar to a down pillow, this one is breathable and my head feels cool while using. Highly recommend.

these pillows were very comfortable. I was impressed with the extra filling to make them firmer. I've used them to sleep on over the last three weeks and have less neck, pain and stiffness. I would totally recommend to give us a gift or just to replace what you currently have

These two pillows came nicely packaged with extra foam in the event someone wants the pillow fluffier. It was decided that one member of my family wanted to leave the pillow the way it was, and the other wanted more stuffing in it. It was very easy to unzip the pillow and add more stuffing! The pillows are soft and easily formed to how you want them when you sleep. They work for side, back and stomach sleepers.

Comes with 2 vacum pillows and additonal fill. These are supposed to be down alternative, bit of youve ever used a down pillow these are nothing like down and not a good alternative. It does come with extra fill if you need the extra, i just could not make it feel like down.

Presentation was great and I love they come wrapped separately and inside of a dustbag. I liked that it came with some extra stuffing so u can alter the fluffiness to your liking but it was still too soft for me and my sleeping preference. Wish they were a little harder other than that they are good pillows.

These pillows are made with great quality, you can tell just by touching the fabric that it'll last a long time. I love that it comes with extra “phluff” to customize the pillows. I wish there was more though, even with adding the entire package that was included, the pillows tend to flatten. Though that is a total preference thing, some prefer a more firm pillow like myself. But if you like soft pillows these are the ones for you!

These pillows take the guessing out of pillow buying. I love a flat pillow with hardly any stuffing, and my husband enjoys a fluffy pillow. With this set, you can unzip the pillow itself an either add or remove the stuffing. I was able to move some of the fluff out of mine and into his. It also comes with an extra bag of fluff that can be added if you enjoy an overstuffed pillow. The fabric is very soft too.

These pillows are our absolute favorite. They are just the right amount of soft and fluffy. I love that they come with extra filling to make it customizable for everyone in the family. After sleeping on them for a couple months now they are still super comfortable, not lumpy or flat.
