I’ve tried so many pillows over the years, and this COOP Adjustable Down Alternative Pillow is by far my favorite! I love that it comes with extra filling so you can customize it to your perfect firmness. I took out a little at first, then added some back in until it felt just right. It’s nice knowing I can adjust it anytime if my preferences change. The pillow itself is soft but still supportive—it cradles my head and neck really comfortably without going flat. I also sleep much cooler now! The down alternative fill feels airy and fluffy, and it doesn’t clump up like other pillows I’ve had. Another big plus is that it’s OEKO-Tex certified and hypoallergenic, which makes me feel good about using it for my family too. And being able to wash both the cover and the filling is a total game changer—it comes out fresh and like new every time. If you’re picky about pillows (like me!), this one is definitely worth trying. Super comfortable, easy to adjust, and great quality. I’m sleeping better than ever!

I didn’t add any to mine because I think it’s pretty much perfect as is but my husband added a bit to his. Just the fact that it’s an option is nice. It’s so easy also. They were packaged so nicely as well, vacuum sealed in a nice fabric bag. I just opened them up in the morning and covered them in the evening when I went to bed and it’s my new favorite pillow to use at night.

I LOVE these pillows! They are so so soft yet very supportive. I did end up using all the filling-divided it between the two. They have a zippered end on each pillow to add stuffing. Which is very fluffy and soft. I have been using it for about a week now, and it is not only very comfortable but comforting. I can't wait to snuggle into it. They are machine washable and come beautifully packaged if you ever wanted to give them as a gift.

These pillows are quite comfortable. The outer material is silky soft and the filling feels like you're head is on a cloud. The great part is that the filling is adjustable. I like a flatter pillow and my wife likes a thicker pillow. We each get one the way we like it.

I am someone that requires 2-4 pillows for a decent nights sleep. I have had neck issues for years and need enough support to not be in pain. This set comes with 2 queen size pillows and an additional bag of the stuff or "Phluff" The first night i used these, I didnt put them in a pillow case and i feel like they went flat. The second night i put all the additional Phluff that comes with them into 1 pillow and put both pillows into pillow cases and had a better experience. They are soft and cozy, but i feel the pillows should come with more stuffing in the pillow themselves as well as the additional phluff to add as needed.

Sam's pillows are super soft and come with extra padding to make them more firm. You have to take this detail into consideration because it's too soft for my taste. When I rest my head on the pillow, I sink completely, and the sides cover my ears. That's why I lowered it by one star. Otherwise, they're super easy to wash and put back together.

When I first received the pillows I was so excited to have the option of customizing my pillow with the stuffing. I was disappointed in how flat they are. I think if they gave more stuffing, it would be better. I took the whole bag of stuffing and put it in one pillow and it still was flat. I tried to sleep with it, I felt like I was pretty much laying wit nothing. When my mom came, she sleeps with super flat pillows, I put it on the guest bed and she loved it. So it really is personal preference. I'm a side sleeper and need extra soft but thicker. She is a stomach sleeper and loved it. I gave it a 3 stars as I think it would be better if they included more stuffing, it would be more versatile for people.

I honestly wanted to love these pillows but they are very lumpy and somewhat of a hassle to adjust. There is a zipper to add or pull out the stuffing. I think it is a great concept but falls a little short. That being said, the cover is very smooth and soft.
