omg what an amazing treat I splurged and bought this for myself this 65 inch Cookie!!! Its absolutely beautiful. Vibrant screen, incredible sound quality, and definitely so easy to unpack. Super easy instructions on the outside of the box allowed me ( a 1 woman show) to get this unpacked, setup and in full display.

When opening my box the tv was shattered, took it back to Sam's all they could do issue me a refund. I explained I was having an event that I needed ASAP. They said they didn't have anymore and it was no longer available. I asked if they could me another one for the same price and replied No. I had to take it back and wait . Buying this tv was inconvenience.

You're not buying a TV here folks, you're buying a computer... this TV has it's own OS, you know what that means?! Well, that means that you're gonna spend quite some time getting this thing JUST TO TURN ON... Sign up for new accounts, (with an S, yes, multiple), then download an app, (yes, to watch your own TV, you HAVE to download an app), and then, if it's anything like my experience, a few hours after you finally get it turned on, the remote is ready for an update!! Oh yeah, I'm finally here relaxing at the end of the night and WAITING FOR THIS STUPID REMOTE TO UPDATE!!!! They've gone too far, THIS IS GARBAGE, PURE GARBAGE VIZIO!! IF IT HAS A COMPUTER ONBOARD, YOU DO NOT OWN IT!! TAKE IT BACK!

I love my TV. Got it at a great price.

I always buy Vizio t.v. never had a problem.
