The television works as I expected it would. Clear picture and sound. I cannot fathom that the remote control provided does not control the volume of the television. There are no controls on the remote to control the volume on a 65 inch new Vizio television.

I bought the TV during Black Friday, and Was impressed by the price I'm very happy with the image quality. I watch a lot of sci-fi and I'm satisfied with the bright, clear screen the sound quality is good but I use a surround sound system. I think for the price I paid I got a great TV

Consistent updates, configurable audio and video, access to an app store with many streaming services beyond the main four or five apps. Watching movies on this tv is almost better than going to the movie theatre. Besides that, I've owned only Vizio TVs for the last 10 years it feels like. Would not want another brand.

I bought this as Christmas gift for myself back in December. And I went out to Arizona for six months , upon returning home decided to take down this wall unit and plac my 75" Vizio TV up and as soon as I turned the screen on I knew i made the best decision I could have ever made. It's perfect 👌 👍 🥰 I was in ❤️.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this two weeks ago to replace one that I bought in October of 2024, the speakers went out on the first one, worked the day before, next morning I got up and no sound went thru the normal procedure to test, then called and went thru the same test and reset sound didn't work barely out of one year warranty and they wouldn't fix it, I decided it would cost more to fix so I replaced with same time I bought a warranty this time. I have never owned a tv that lost sound before. I did try a Bluetooth speaker on it and I had Sound so I suggest when you but one you but a warranty, the tv is great the color is good. I disappointed about the length of time I had it and this happened. The price on these is very reasonable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I won the TV on a company ruffle -- it was something I wanted for so long and never had Vizio before but I am impressed with the quality of the image the capacity and easy manageable even for my elder parents has been a breeze to explain them how to use ..I cant say more than extra happy with the TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace an older Vizeo tv because of planned obsolescence. The old one just went to black screen. No apps. This is a very nice tv and has features the old one didn't. It is 4K and I can use bluetooth earbuds or headphones with it. Also, when I got it I could use my Alexa smart items to turn it on and off. It will not work with those anymore after a couple of updates. I have tried many times to connect it to my Alexa units but it will not allow me to enable Vizio Smartcast to use the smart speakers. Also, it used to have a Demo mode that I could watch but now it doesn't. I suppose Vizio is taking away some of the features I liked. I am not sorry I got this Vizio tv and it still has features and apps the old Vizio didn't so I am glad I got it although disappointed in losing some features again.

The purchase process, and cost, of the television were great. However once we got it home, and set it up, we were shocked to learn that Vizio doesn't have compatibility with local Internet providers. Meaning, we could not link to our cable television provider (Xfinity).We had to go out and purchase a fire stick in order to be able to connect to that service provider. And, that means that we will have to use two remote controls, and extra steps, to watch our regular TV stations. Bummer!

All I can say is I can't wait to buy the exact same tv next but the next size up 😂 thx Vizio
