My TV is less than 4 months old and the screen went black and a burning smell. Unplugged to try to reset and nothing! I will NEVER buy another Vizio product again! Oh and be aware, it will cost you to set up your tv after purchase!! Worse product I have ever bought! I’ll be hauling this junk back to my local Walmart!

Great TV, great price, picture is clear, haven’t noticed a lag since I bought it 2 months ago. Sound is great, the TV is in a room with bright outside light in the daytime, dark in the evening and I feel the TV has vivid color, black blacks, sharp and rich picture quality, music is clear and sound is crisp at higher volumes. I researched for about a week before I bought this one. I compared brands and features like OLED/QLED/Mini-LED, etc, I went to an electronics store to look and ask questions, and I was firm with an under $300 budget. Based on reviews and viewing similar specs on in-store TVs, this was perfect for me and it has been. I’m very happy with this purchase especially because I got a great deal, and it was very simple to set up for watching, basically plug it in and follow directions. The app works great as well so far.

I learned the hard way to avoid buying electronics on Black Friday. I bought the 65" Vizio that seemed like a steal, not realizing at the time it was a “limited edition” model made specifically for the sale. Turns out many of those Black Friday versions are built just for the promotion - with cut corners and lower specs to hit the price point.

started out great, I've always have had good service with Vizio TV's but something went wrong with this kind. it worked great for 2 weeks then i went to change the channel and the whole screen went dark, couldn't change the channel cut it off or anything. the only way i could use it was to unplug it and plug it back up. got to where its doing this 2 to 3 times a week. not going to wait until it won't come back on period. im taking it back.

the price was great the TV works and that's about as far as it goes the color is fine not great but the motion good grief it's so bad you can't stand to watch sports it's fine just watching shows and YouTube an stuff but basketball or anything that has a lot of movement on the screen it's so glitchy I should have known you get what you pay for when it comes to quality this is the worst TV you can get but it works and does the bare minimum

Great value for the price . Can’t go wrong with Vizio. Overall satisfied with my recent purchase. Screen quality is great. Easy set up, plenty of app options ( free trials included ) , resolutions looks wonderful , sound is great, has the option to connect to Alexa %26 others smart home devices. Highly recommend.

I just love this TV. The only thing I don’t like is the remote. I’m disabled and this remote is hard for me to use. The volume button is on the side and it’s not in a convenient spot. But that’s the only problem I have with this TV. They sell a universal remote for all the Vizio smart TV’s and it’s only $10. This TV is amazing and so was the price ❤️.

Beautiful TV at such a beautiful price point. This TV is supposed to be mounted. Those two included stands are wobbly and very very difficult to install. Those nail holes at the bottom are not threaded. So those stands are very difficult and awkward to install. We did order a separate set of stand utilizing the vesa mounting holes at the back. It works perfectly. The voice remote didn't work out of the box. But after a few weeks, maybe due to firmware updates or installing new apps in the background, it works perfectly now. Great purchase! Thank you Walmart.com.

After 3 months of use, the picture now goes black after turning it on and reaching the home screen. As soon as we attempt to navigate to a selection with the remote, the screen goes black immediately (not just dim, but a complete loss of picture). Tried unplugging and waiting to reset it, but to no avail. Very disappointing.

I’ve had it for about a month now and haven’t had any issues. Everything works great except that I noticed after setting it up one of the pixels was burnt out so there’s a permanent black dot on the screen but it’s so small you’d have to be an inch away and looking for it to notice.
