I was totally blown away with the colors and the clarity and the soundbar and the 5.1 setup was easy sounds great and we are thrilled. Only regret is I bought another 65" wishing I would have gone bigger now seeing how great the TV is! Remote is a breeze!!!!! Great product!

I'm sure it's just a bad set but I called support and no one ever answers. The remote is the worst design ever voluum control is near impossible to operate, bad ,bad, bad. I have 7 other VIZIO'S and they work fine.

Great picture, easy setup. Remote does not have enough control. I don't (and won't) download the phone control app. I kept my old Vizio remote - at least I can control volume. My sound system requires analog input - the new Vizio has only digital audio out so I'm going to have to figure something out because of poor hearing. Picture quality is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this tv as a gift since our Samsung died after only 6 years! The picture on this model is good no complaints there. My issue with the tv is how slow it is to start up. It buffers a lot. Also, we use a firestick to stream and everyday we have to reselect the input in order to get it to come up so that is inconvenient. The control that came with the TV isn’t easy to use, you have to press the buttons kinda hard and the volume button is an awkward place. The power supply is on the opposite side of where the HDMI ports are which was another inconvenience in our set up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought 2 Vizio TVs because we were replacing 2 Sonys that lightning struck. Love the pictures. They’re great. The problem we are having is interference between the remote controls. The TVs are in side-by-side rooms and playing both TVs at one time causes issues. It’s very frustrating! This is an issue that Vizio needs to fix with their TVs. We never had this kind of trouble with our Sony TVs.

Has one big drawback in that it only accepts one remote control, VIZIO's, tying you to their remote only. When watching cable TV or a DVD, I have to use the VIZIO remote to change the volume or mute but, even worse, the volume control and mute button are on the side of the remote and are very small. This also affects the remote's ease of use so you have a double whammy making this a poor value for me. Where was the logic?
