One down fall is that it doesn’t have the Spectrum tv app but that was easily fixed by getting a Roku stick. That is the only reason for only giving 4 stars I tried to give 4 1/2 but a half wasn’t an option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Hisense TV Mother Board went out in less than 2 years and was a really great TV UNTIL THAT happened. Never have i had one go out period let alone have an issue so soon. I did some research and found this VIZIO and do love it.It has all the feautures and platform I wanted a great price The ONLY thing I DONT like IS THE REMOTE. WHY have the volume and mute button on the SIDE where you grip the remote AND SO TINY? Would love to see an UPGRADED REMOTE.

I purchased a new smart Vizio that was same size for a small fraction of the cost 15 years ago + it weighed only 30 lbs. My old Vizio took 2 strong men and a small boy to move while I can lift and move the new one by myself. All I needed to do was plug in the TV and it was ready to go...no muss, no fuss. Superb color video and excellent sound. No regrets, a wise purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed to replacea failed sony bravia barely 6 years old. I chose vizio because I have one I bought used 15 years ago and it still works great. The qled picture is as good or better than the old eon. My 4k roku and apple streamers were already set up through my AVR so I only had to plug in the eArc cable and was ready to go. Some shortcomings include the auto audio out does not work and I have to manually go in and change between tv and receiver speakers. 10 clicks. The hide unused inputs doesn't work either even when set to hide. There are 8 inputs and I only use 2. TV and hdmi 1. I hate the remote for its lack of inputs but fortunately my old vizio remote works with this tv and has all the inputs I need. Forgive spelling errors the writing guide blocks a quarter of the screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Picture is great, speakers are decent even without a sound bar. But the apps list is full of odd apps and missing some apps, like Freevee, that I use on my other tv. Which is dissapointing.

Set up instructions were vague, and the downloaded user manual principally dealt with the controller buttons and not much on how to get from point A to point B in programs. Guess instructions are tailored for teens rather than seniors.

I am more than pleased with the picture quality and overall quality of the product. Great job! Eric

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing I don't like is no #'s on the remote and the voice activation doesn't seem to know what an individual channel is. Like, " turn to channel 12" doesn't produce a response, everything else is pretty cool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv thinking it had internet as it's a smart TV I thought. So I can't watch my racing stuff on it like flo racing or dirt vision. It is a great tv and has an awesome picture and the Vizio watch free is nice. Just wish it had internet app. It's my fault I guess as I should of read description a little better. I just thought all smart tvs now days had internet access.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently purchased this 65 inch Vizio to replace an old 48 inch Vizio. I am so impressed with the ease of installation. It literally took less than one hour to set this TV up and get all our APPS and passwords set up! The color is great and settings are easy to use. (and I'm over 70!!)
