Something’s missing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Smart Television was easy to hang and setup. The picture is great and the program selection is decent, but most of the apps that are needed to access many of the programs require a subscription. Also, I have Directv for my whole house and when I tried to hook it up using the HDMI ports the TV doesn’t recognize Directv and will not let me connect so I am not very pleased with the entire purchase of this TV.

Great TV

Vizio has the best color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 Vizio TVs in my home & I love the picture & sound. The colors are vivid and the sound is clear. The newest is a 50" screen which fits perfectly in our living room & is a smart tv with all the streaming apps.

Great unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has no RCA outputs, but connects through bluetooth to my LG stereo. Roku and Amazon Fire are restricted to only approved devices. Tbis 50" 4K Vizio is not. There is an available HDMI audio to RCA converter for wired connection to some older tech. The change in form factor is better technology, but not everyone has new tech audio components just laying around. There are accessible color settings. I have dulled the colors down to almost black and white. This is important for colorblind viewers who aren't comfortable with bold colors. Unfortunately, many companies don't consider colorblind folk's needs as being important as much as normal sighted video component customers. There is a considerable portion of male population that have this ailment. Need color control from your next TV? Think about this 50" Vizio 4K.

Great TV but no RCA or pin inputs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is great but beware, there are only HDMI inputs for dvd, wireless headphones, game systems. I bought converters for all of these to convert my RCA jacks and pins equipment to HDMI but nothing works. Very disappointed.

Enjoy

Screen went bad within 48hrs

I bought this 2 days ago. Set up was easy and the screen and sound was great. I was a little disappointed when I realized there was no ethernet port. But despite this, the streaming was great. No issues. I love Vizio this was my 4th vizio, my 55in still works and I've had it since 2017. The first day, I thought I hit the remote and did something to cause the screen to suddenly go blank. I turned off the TV and didn't think anything of it. Then day 2, within 30 minutes the screen goes blank 3 times. I have no idea what happened. You could still hear the TV and you can pause and I assume navigate through the TV but no visual picture... I decided to return it. Especially since I want a TV with the ethernet port.

Buyers regret!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Trying streaming services for the first time. 2 pre installed apps have buffering and picture issues. Contacted "support" went through their script 3 different times. Still have issues when I turn the TV off and back on. Restart or Reset to factory every time I turn it on it does ok.

Great SmartTV

Super Smart TV with everything you need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a Vizio to replace a Hisense. The difference is very noticeable. You would not need to buy a streaming box with all the apps included. Has three HDMI connections and a USB port and optical input. The remote control is minimal in design, not overwhelming keyboard, keyboard is a popup on screen. The tv sound speakers are not tinny sounding. It is suppose to replicate surround sound but missed on that. The picture is great for a 65" TV with various setting. My only knock is if you are not familiar with smart tv functions their will be a learning curve. It's not intuitive, but every smart tv mfg is the same. Read the online manual will make it easier. If you are tech savvy, the TV is easy to use.
