Bought this tv and after 2 hours of using it the LED strip broke, and I could barely see any display, only could see it if I had all the lights off and a flashlight right on the tv and even then I could barely see it, bought a replacement and the same thing happened within a week, worst tv I’ve ever used. do not waste your time or money

This tv we brought on Black Friday. On a deal. Big Vizio. Does not have Roku tv or that other uses Vizio tv. The setup annoying because who has account really. Picture fine for watching YouTube. But if u need a big tv for switch 2 or Xbox or ps5 is does have allm so its will have the least input latency u want. Panel only 60hz

I bought 4 (four) V4K65X-0804 TVs. I have installed 3 of them. All three have a jerky screen like the picture is trying to catchup randomly every few minutes. I have run through every fix provided by Vizio's website (i.e. unplugging, factory resetting (which your support team did with me on the phone), etc.). I was told by Vizio's support team that there is a known problem between Vizio and YouTube TV (my service provider) that is not advertised by Vizio. Now I have to uninstall them and return them because of this known problem. This is completely unacceptable. Vizio should be work with YouTube TV to correct the issue not just continue to sell TVs that are not compatible with this format. This has cost me and continues to cost me time and effort. I do not have this issue with any of my other TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony, or even my Scepter). It goes without saying I am extremely disappointed and well never buy another Vizio product nor will I ever endorse one.

Took off an existing Samsung Smart TV from my Backyard patio and replaced it with this gem. I have a few other Vizios in the other rooms and have never disappointed. The install was simple. Unhook the old TV and hook up the new Vizio. Color ,sound and scrolling thru the app was a breeze. After connecting to my Wifi6 network, I downloaded my Vizio Remote app to my Apple 14 IPhone and tests drove it. Worked Great-The price was amazing and could not pass this deal up. Well done Vizio

Arrived on time and in good condition no major bends or tears in box opened product plugged in and tested looks decent will fully use it soon and hope for the best cause Vizio done some suspect things in past like no more netflix available on my past tvs even though remote has the button for it no more support for the apps that sold me on tv is like being left with a basic monitor instead of smart tv we shall see how this one holds up Vizio last chance with me last 3 of there sets have had issues

Extremely garbage remote volume buttons are not pronounced ( can’t feel them) picture is worse than my 12 y o Hisense tv. Volume is poor! I do not feel this is worth the sale price money let alone the regular price. Shame in Vizio I was under the impression they built a better quality product! Angry face

I original was looking to get a QLED but when I seen the price of this tv, I took a chance. I'm glad to say that I did. The picture quality is simply amazing. Vizio free tv is in my mind a deal breaker, there's numerous channels including movies. The sound quality is also pretty good, however I still use my sound bar. I almost forgot to mention the size of this thing is absolutely perfect for the room it's. As far as hooking this thing up, a person that has no experience what so ever should have no problem. If they did it's a thousand wonders they've made it this far in life. Vizio you did it once again, this is the 4th vizio that my family and I have owned. Keep up the good work.

Very disappointed! Tv has crack in top right corner. Took it out the box. Started to set it up and noticed it. Can’t believe it ruined my Christmas present to myself. Hope i can get another one considering they only had so many left and it’s a limited edition. Sad so sad!

I got the tv on Black Friday and I put it up at the beginning of December because we just got a new house and having got to use it yet and I was putting stuff in the house and was going to play some music but all it shows is lines going up and down the screen Vizio has really let me down.
