TV leg screws are thicker

Great picture and Nice software UI but crashes. remote is smooth and nice, as it doesn'tmake sound when you press the button like fire stick does. TV is heavy, and someone in design messed, as the TV leg srews are thicker. They are so tight that the TV stands broke due to weight and tightness. Just for some thick screw, this TV is a flop for me, and I had to return. I see other user buyers also faced the same issue. Sad that a good TV has lot of returns because of small screw thickness. I could have still used with mounting stands, but TV is out of stock and no replacement available.

No such thing as a good deal!

I bought 4 (four) V4K65X-0804 TVs. I have installed 3 of them. All three have a jerky screen like the picture is trying to catchup randomly every few minutes. I have run through every fix provided by Vizio's website (i.e. unplugging, factory resetting (which your support team did with me on the phone), etc.). I was told by Vizio's support team that there is a known problem between Vizio and YouTube TV (my service provider) that is not advertised by Vizio. Now I have to uninstall them and return them because of this known problem. This is completely unacceptable. Vizio should be work with YouTube TV to correct the issue not just continue to sell TVs that are not compatible with this format. This has cost me and continues to cost me time and effort. I do not have this issue with any of my other TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony, or even my Scepter). It goes without saying I am extremely disappointed and well never buy another Vizio product nor will I ever endorse one.

The picture is great in 4k broadcasts. Can’t beat the deal. A great option as a second setup or paired with a sound bar in a big room.

Replaced a 15 year old 55” Vizio with this new 65”. We’ve had great luck with the quality of Vizio, so it was a no brainer to stick with it this last Black Friday. Ordered online and pick up couldn’t have been any easier. As good as our old set was (and it’s still works like a champ), this new 4K set just has an incredible picture and a fantastic user interface, super intuitive. Very happy with our purchase…would definitely buy again and recommend to others.

Not worth the sale price sadly

Extremely garbage remote volume buttons are not pronounced ( can’t feel them) picture is worse than my 12 y o Hisense tv. Volume is poor! I do not feel this is worth the sale price money let alone the regular price. Shame in Vizio I was under the impression they built a better quality product! Angry face

The TV sucks overall. The legs were a pain to install ended up having to put the screws in all the way to pre drill holes before adding legs. A weird shadow is on the screen, color is dull and grey even though we have it on the bright mode. Sound is eh too. Not worth it. Doesn’t have Ethernet option and only connects to WiFi

Infinite restart cycle after app upload

Very good value. However, the TV would continually reset itself. This would make you go through the setup cycle. On the fifth day it got caught up in an infinite cycle where it would be restart itself after it did a download of updates, during one of these setup cycles. I wouldn’t recommend and I see others had a similar problem.
