Happy with my purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old TV's screen died, so I just got a Vizio 50" smart TV. I'm loving it so far. Lots of cool features and free content. I also appreciate the option to boost dialogue, as most TV shows and movies have poor sound balance between dialogue and music/action sounds. The TV has a super clear picture, and my PS5 games look fantastic.

Not enough apps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 2 75inch tvs thinking i can run certain applications on them and come to find out these tvs are no better than those crappy Roku tvs Please get it together Gather up some developers or allow us to add our own apps to expand the capabilities of your device This is ridiculous, the need to tell a company how to keep up with today’s technology Your welcome

Love it, Hate it

Really want to love the product, but . . . some tuning is required. 1.) The live channels do not stay in the arrangement set (I.e., listing the channels a to z. 2.) Very difficult to mange your recordings. 3.) A large number of the available episodes will cost extra to view.

Vizio has the best color

Satisfied with the purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I'm satisfied with the Vizio 50" UHD TV. It's working just fine for my needs. However, here are some things that could be improved on: The power cord is not detachable and you have to be careful during handling not to step on it. If it breaks the TV is a dead weight. The power cord is on the opposite side from the video inputs, which makes cable management unnecessarily more complex. During set up it asks you what apps you want to have easily accessible. Then when you eventually come to the home screen it just lists all available apps, and doesn't even put the ones you selected first on the list. The list is random. The quick access buttons on the remote are hardcoded for the apps they show on the button. It would be better to have mappable buttons to launch the apps you actually want to use. Obviously you have similar issues with other manufacturers, but in most other cases they give you mappable colored buttons too. The sound output specifications are not listed anywhere on the box and you have to refer to the user guide or search for device specs online. It's a huge inconvenience when you are ready to buy and are comparing options. The actual speaker power output is 8 watts x2. Having said that, the overall usage experience is perfectly fine after learning to navigate the home screen and learning the remote.

Beautiful picture!

Love my TV wish it had a 5g version

We wanted something that could connect to everything we had at home in one place, and this TV delivers perfectly. The variety of free options available is an added bonus that we really appreciate. Beyond that, the picture quality is stunning, and the sound is crystal clear. It's a great experience for our mobile lifestyle! If I had one wish, it would be to see a version that supports 5G connectivity so I wouldn’t have to rely on a hotspot. Imagine just adding a SIM card and being ready to go anywhere—that would make it unbeatable! Overall, we're extremely satisfied with this purchase!

55" Smart T.v.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received this 55" Vizio t.v. because the 40"? Samsung t.v. I had was old and kept making a loud noise and would shut off and on like 5 time when you turn it on. So i am happy I got this new t.v. it works fine. No cracks or nothing.

Va Va Vizio

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm 76 years old! Not tech savvy, but this was a breeze. The toughest part was for my wife and I to lift it. We finally splurged and bought a 65 inch. We were going to wait for our Grandson to hook it up but after staring at the box for a couple days we decided to try it ourselves. Everything was there, in tact and simple instructions. We went to the web site which explained just what we needed to do in simple language and walla everything came on like advertised. When I say everything, the tv worked perfectly, our Xfinity was there more apps then we ever knew existed, We had also bought the surround sound bar and base and it's all working and we're loving it. This is our third Vizio and the other two are still going.
